Story
How this pet arrived: Juno was brought in by their previous owner on February 26, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Juno! Juno is a sensitive guy who is still figuring out the big world around him. New places and new people can feel a bit scary at first. Juno tends to take things slowly while he gets his bearings. He's the kind of dog who prefers to watch and learn before jumping right in. With time, patience and a calm environment, Juno has started to relax and show glimpses of his softer side. As he settles in, you may notice a bit of curiosity and the beginnings of a playful streak peeking through. He previously lived with other dogs and did well sharing space, so he may enjoy a home with another friendly dog of similar size who can help him continue building confidence. Juno is currently learning new skills, including how to walk on a leash and will benefit from an adopter who is patient and ready to help him practice. If there are children in the home, they should be ages 8 and up and able to give Juno space while he adjusts. He also asks that all children be present for the meet-and-greet-he likes to make sure everyone passes the vibe check! Come meet Juno-he's ready for his new home!Shy/Fearful Dog: Juno requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them.At SDHS:Juno has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He is now ready for his new home! Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Caramel Weight: 19 Age: 2yrs 0mths 1wks

Story
Meet Paisy! She is around 4 years old and a pretty Standard Poodle. Paisy is a sensitive and gentle hearted girl that is working on building her confidence. Right now, she seems to warm up to women over men. She is looking for an experienced family who can continue her training and socialization. She also has a sensitive stomach and an allergy to chicken so cannot have chicken based food or treats. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Paisy then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing. Thank you for joining the Adoption Family with Labs and More Rescue. We are here to help you find a furry companion. You will find our quick and easy adoption application at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. Please email us at I doginfo@labsandmore.org if you need assistance. Thank you for looking to a rescue group to fulfill your dream of adding a new dog to your life! Join us at our adoption event at Petsmart scheduled for today Saturday 11/04/23 at 1780 Garnet Ave, San Diego, CA 92109 from 12:30 To 3:30 - if you are not able to make it today please text us to let you know about our next event at 619-576-0747. So far we are scheduled every 1st Saturday of each month to be having events in the afternoon from 3 to 5:30 pm at Petsmart: 4253 Genesee Ave, San Diego, CA 92117 (06/03/23 next following Sat) Ju-na is a wonderful 6 month old puppu - She is a low-shedding hypoallergenic PugAdoodle - Mom is a Poodle and dad is a purebred Pug - so she is a hybrid PugAdoodle as popular as a Poogles. However the energy of the Pug is much calmer than the energy of the Beagles. Juna is so great with kids, and other dogs - and cats as well - She will need to have another dog companion for her to be the best she can be. Therefore, a 2nd dog is a must to adopt Juna. Are you ready to give her a forever home? Please text at 619-576-0747 as 1st type of contact or email veronica.aaofus@gmail.com or visit our website at www.aaofus.org and complete our application at the following link: http://aaofus.org/adoption-application.html . If approved, the adoption coordinator will reach out to you to schedule a Meet-and-Greet appointment. No appointments will be made unless we have received an application; therefore, we can match you with the best fit for you. Follow us on Instagram @aaofus where you can see more pics. Please allow 48 hours to process applications and respond back to set up appointments. Unfortunately, responses back to those who do not qualify are not possible due to high volume of applications. Donation Adoption fee includes up-to-date 3 core puppy vaccinations; spaying or neutering, deworming, and a complementary health check up by a participating clinic near you. Please consider adopting one (or more!) of these fur babies! Due to high volume of calls; NO PHONE calls are accepted at this time - therefore, please text us or email us. LIVE!! LOVE!!! RESCUE!!
