Our medical team does everything they can to ensure the health of our dogs before they are placed up for adoption, which includes (but is not limited to): - Vaccinations against Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus and Parainfluenza (all dogs have at least 2 of these vaccines, puppies at least 3) - Vaccination against Bordetella and Leptospirosis - Vaccination against Rabies (dogs 5+ months) - Test (Idexx Snap 4Dx) for Heartworm, Lyme's disease, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis (for adult dogs) - Recent full panel blood test (value $150+) for all adult dogs - Micro-chip with life long free registration - Deworming (roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and tapeworms) - Treatment with Bravecto against fleas and ticks Of course, ALL our dogs are spayed or neutered before going to their new home. Sweet Daisy is a sweet, but shy Standard Poodle spayed female who is two years old. She loves dogs of any size, loves her toys, and loves to run in the yard. Daisy is vaccinated, house-trained, and sweet and calm. You must have experience with poodles and their needed grooming. She will need a person who works from home or is retired. Because she is very shy, no small kids. She is very smart and just a loveable dog. If you are interested in Daisy, go to www.arrfsandiego.org and fill out an adoption application.
