Meet Alfie!  Alfie is a 10-month-old mini poodle weighing in at 15lbs.  After having spent most his life in a puppy mill, Alfie is ready to find his furever. Given his background, he is shy but he is quickly learning about the comforts of home life. His crate is his safe space. He is content to be in there when his foster family is out and he has never had an accident in his crate. However, in terms of housetraining, he is still learning and is currently using training pads. He'll need a patient home to help lead him to success. He is not sure what to do with dog toys just yet but a rolling tennis ball certainly piques his interest. He'll need to work on mastering leash training but he'll likely figure that out quickly as he becomes more confident. Given his petite size, he does not need long walks. He enjoys treats so could be motivated by those. Alfie is fostered with kids and does just fine with them.
