Daisy is a poodle/pug/beagle mix puppy (yes, really, we double checked) with a poodle’s build and energy level. Her coat is wiry and soft, and she has the longest, softest ears.She’s an active, athletic girl who loves to run and play and has zero interest in sitting still, until she’s tired, that is, and then she’s out. She’s toy motivated, fairly smart, and picks up on training well, but she’s also got an independent streak, so she does best with someone willing to put in consistent time with her. That investment will pay off. Underneath all that energy is a genuine snuggle bug who wants nothing more than to crash on your lap once she’s had her exercise for the day.Daisy is confident. With other dogs, she’s playful but pushy, she doesn’t always listen to their cues and just wants to play, and she’ll try that approach even with dogs twice her size. She’d do best paired with a dog that has some patience and can roll with a puppy who hasn’t figured out boundaries yet, but will not let her completely take control. Most cats aren’t a good match for her, unless they are very confident and willing to stand up for themselves or very rowdy and playful with dogs, otherwise she will just jump on them trying to play. She loves people and gets thrilled to meet new ones. She just hasn’t learned yet that jumping isn’t the best way to say hello.She’s great with kids, but she plays like a puppy plays, so she’ll do best in a home with school-age children rather than toddlers who can’t handle her enthusiasm.She’s crate trained and sleeps through the night without a fuss. House training is still a work in progress. She does well on a regular schedule but doesn’t yet reliably ask to go out on her own.Daisy is going to grow into a dog who could really do something with all that drive, whether that’s agility, a job to do, or just being the confident leader of her own little pack. She needs a home ready to channel her energy rather than fight it.She’ll be around 20 pounds full grown. Because she’s still too young to be spayed, Daisy will go home on a foster-to-adopt contract.Interested in Daisy? Armani is a 3 yr old spayed female Standard Poodle. She weighs 56 lbs . She was an owner surrender when her owner could no longer care for her. This is an awesome Poodle. She will be a bit shy when you first meet her but will quickly bond with you when she knows she is home. She has an amazing temperament and a fun and playful personality. I might add she is absolutely gorgeous. Someone is going to get a very special dog. She has been great with other dogs, cats and children. She is house trained. She is up to date on shots and wormed. Hugo is a four-year-old Standard Poodle who loves to play. He is not good with other dogs or cats. He isn't mean, but he tries to play with them constantly even when they make it clear they aren't in the mood. He was diagnosed with epilepsy after having one seizure during grooming, but the vet said he does not need to be on medication. Hugo is very bouncy and friendly. He is crate trained and housebroken, but he cannot have anything in his crate (even bedding) because he will chew it up. He doesnt chew when supervised, just when left alone. Hugo knows several commands and has decent recall. He does well with kids, but would do better in a home with older children because he is very energetic and excitable. Listing includes crate and cot.

Hello, everyone! My name is Tater!I’m a 5.5-year-old Bichon Frise/Poodle mix, and I’m quite the distinguished little gentleman. I’m sweet, well-mannered, easygoing, and just an all-around lovely boy to have around.I recently came to FDHS with my brother and best friend, Tot. We’ve always been together, so we’re hoping to find a family who will let us continue life as a pair. We haven’t had much experience with children, but we’d likely do well with older or calmer kiddos who can appreciate our quiet, gentle nature. As a curly-coated king, I’ll need regular grooming to keep my coat looking and feeling its best. It’s a little extra upkeep, but I think a gentleman should always look his best.Tot and I were surrendered through no fault of our own, and we’re now ready to find a loving home!
