Story
Meet Courie!  Yuh, dogs have Love Languages too - and this one is definitely Words of Affirmation, and Quality Time “Courie” joined the RMG fam last October. Some kind people saved her as she ran through busy traffic on Peachtree Industrial - took her straight to Lifeline. She was so so shut down, terrified to be touched and fearful of everyone. We were asked if we could take her while we picked up another dog -it was a no-brainer. We named her “Courage”- Courie for short, because that’s what she needed the most! It took a while, but now she’s the most lovey, dear girl, just under 2 years old and around 30 pounds. She’s great with all dogs, and would prob do best with a fenced yard, but much better these days on a leash walking as well. She still loves us telling her how proud we are and  how great she’s doing - so her person or people gotta keep that up!She’s has such a tender heart and it’s been a gift helping her learn trust and love. Story
“Venus was the daughter of the waves. She gave birth to love: we can expect nothing but tempest from a daughter of the sea.” Venus, just like her brother Jupiter, is a big fan of water and a natural swimmer. While she is a bit more shy than Jupiter, she isn’t afraid of the pool at all and jumped right in!  With a pretty calm temperament for a puppy and the most unique scruffy cheeks, how can you not love her? She is also a snuggler and will gladly lay in your lap after a dip in the pool!  Venus is kid friendly, cat friendly, and of course very dog friendly. She has a gentle nature and would do well in many households!  Want to meet her and see if she is the right fit for yours? Story
Charlie is a 2-3 year-old Yorkie/Schnauzer mix and weighs around 18 lbs. He is taller than a yorkie with silky yorkie hair but the body of a schnauzer. He is pure joy wrapped up in a small, scruffy package. Charlie greets life with a happy, playful spirit that’s impossible not to smile at. Charlie is incredibly social and thrives in a home with another playful dog who can be his buddy for zoomies, games, and backyard adventures. He MUST have a playful dog 15-30 lbs in size and close in age. Charlie loves to play with other dogs in a fenced yard and we will not take this away from him. Must have fenced yard as well. He’s a lover boy who not only loves to be held, but also a toy-loving, fun-chasing, tail-wagging kind of boy… honestly, he might pick his toys over food if given the choice! His happiest moments are running freely in a fenced yard with his doggie friends, playing, exploring, and also being part of the action with his people. Charlie is also a homebody at heart and would do best in a stable, loving home where he can stay close to his person and enjoy a predictable, comforting routine.  A little note from his care team: Charlie does require daily eye medications and may need ongoing eye drops long-term. It’s simply part of his care routine—and it doesn’t slow him down one bit. He takes it all in stride, and it’s a small thing compared to the huge amount of love, joy, and companionship he gives every single day. Because when you meet Charlie, you don’t see “medication needs”—you see a happy little dog with the sweetest soul, the gentlest heart, and a personality that fills an entire room. He’s the kind of dog who makes life lighter, funnier, and a whole lot more loving.  September 17, 2026, 4:12 pm

Story
Hi! MY name is Molly! I was formerly known as Doodle, but the family that had adopted me changed my name! I'm not complaining I think Molly suits me better anyway! So, let me tell you a little about me, I am a 3-year 4-month old Poodle Standard, mix. This is my second time here, the first? Well lets just say that I was surrendered because my owner passed. I did come in the first time with another dog. My second go around? That was because my newest owner had some health issues and had surgery so he could no longer take care of me the way he could before. Another thing i can tell you is that I am a bit anxious when it comes to other dogs, some men, and definitely vet visits. So, with all of that being said, we would recommend you bring in any human and canine family members when you come to meet me. I look forward to finding my furever home. They say third times the charm, right? Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Grey Weight: 42.4 Age: 3yrs 4mths 1wks
