This cutie is Beatrice Lee. She is currently 18 pounds, 5 months old, and we think she may be a schnauzer/Terrier/poodle mix, but with rescue it’s a guess! What matters most is that they are adorable and are one the MOST desperate in the entire US based on statistics for where this puppy is from. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies. The adoption fee is $1,000.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. At first glance, Blue looks like a soft little ball of fluff. Look closer and you will see this friendly happy boy is mostly black, but with white accents – he has white on his chin beard (so cute!), on his chest and belly, on his paws, and the tiniest wisp of a white stripe on his nose. He has a lot of black mixed in with the white on his chest, and it just invites chest and belly rubs because it is super soft and perfect for scratches. They are both very mellow and sit perfectly still for baths and even blow-dry's. Blue is well on the way to being crate-trained, so is a fast learner too! It won’t take you long to realize that Blue is the king of doleful looks. His eyes are so expressive and his expressions are picture-perfect! You are sure to laugh, even when he gives you side-eye, lol. We know you will fall in love with Blue’s loving and gentle attitude too – he loves to be held and snuggled.
