Rusty is a beautiful, soft tabby girl around 2 years old. She needs a family who is cat knowledgeable and patient. You must earn her trust. Rusty wants lots of love. She will sit and talk to you and come running when you call her. She loves to curl up next to you on the couch. She wants to be your special kitty. But she can be temperamental. She will lightly nip or swat you if she doesn’t like what you are doing or she is just in that type of mood. It does get better as she learns to trust you but doesn’t go away 100%. You can learn to read her cues. She loves to romp around the house with the other cats but when she wants her space will let them know. She does good with well behaved dogs. What a name for a lovely young girl. But it's okay; she can handle it! Bobbi came from a colony of cats. She was a young mother, barely more than a kitten herself when she gave birth to the deputies. She had the job of raising 4 rowdy kittens. She had to be the sheriff! Now the little ones are old enough to go to their own homes and NOW this beautiful little girl gets a chance to have the joy of being a kitten herself. A time to be carefree and not always looking after others. We are hoping to find her for a place where she can have the joy and fun and freedom that kittens get to experience when they have a family to care for them. Bobbi is a gorgeous girl with the ticked tabby coat and the radio tower ears that are so much the classic look of an Abyssinian. Sleek, agile, she is a beauty. Bobbi is okay with other cats but she may also be fine with a family who will give her attention, maybe even play with her, and definitely take her outside to enjoy the outside world that she grew up in.
