Story
We’re sadly looking to rehome our sweet 4-year-old cat. We adopted him as a kitten, and he’s been a loving part of our family ever since. He recently lost his cat companion and has been lonely and bored. With a new baby at home, we can’t give him the attention he deserves. He’s very sweet, great with kids, and affectionate once he warms up. He’s healthy, lean, with a silky low-shedding coat, fully litter box trained, and enjoys being indoors and outdoors. We’re hoping to find him a loving home where he can get lots of attention and companionship. If you think you might be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you

Story
Brownie is a sweet girl, she was originally rescued from the Alaska Humane Society. She is a small, calm cat who tends to be pretty shy at first but warms up very quickly to new people. She is completely house trained and has no issues. I have an automatic litter box, cat tower, hard and soft carriers, food and an assortment of toys that will all be included for free in order to make her transition to her new home as comfortable as possible.

Story
Terracotta and Sparrow are the perfectly matched yin yang of the cat world. Terra is sweet, outgoing, curious, playful and snuggly. Sparrow is quiet, reclusive, introverted, and not particularly fond of snuggles or pets. Although these two seem like complete opposites, when they found each other in their foster home, they became best friends and are now looking for a forever home together. Terra came into foster from a cat overpopulation situation; he was skinny, scared, and matted mess. Terra's nickname early on was "little snail" because he would curl into a tight little ball when he saw people or was petted by someone. However, with a full belly, and gentle love, he uncurled from his snail shell and started asking for love and attention. Now he loves being petted and getting snuggles. Sparrow came to foster as a tiny, sick kitten who lost one of her eyes to an infection. It was a tough start in life. But now, even as she is feeling healthy and happy being in a loving home, she has no interest in snuggling or being friends with people. Nor was she interested in other cats--it seemed like she had shut the world out-- until she met Terracotta! It was love at first sight! Now, even though we know that Terra could easily get a loving family and Sparrow could be sent to a barn home, we want these two to have a chance to be adopted together. Terra will be your perfect loving house cat, and Sparrow will be his devoted friend who will be fine in a home as long as she has her beloved Terra. Sparrow doesn't have anything against people; she's not aggressive or angry, she doesn't hiss or swat, and she will tolerate a little bit of love from her people but it's just not really her thing. Terracotta has so much love to give, to his forever family and his forever friend, he will easily give you the love of two cats. And so they make the purrfect pair! Not recommended for homes with small children, but both kitties do well with nice chill dogs and they are totally fine with other cats. They will need a nice safe yard to enjoy some summer sunshine once they are feeling very comfortable in their new home. They are in Wasilla. Please call 907-350-8089. TERRA AND SPARROW HAVE BEEN SPONSORED BY BETSY HEPLER MCKITRICK AND MAY BE ADOPTED AS A PAIR FOR $$60!

Story
💚 Meet Charm (AKA "Crazy Eyes") 💚* Don't let the nickname fool you—Charm is one of the sweetest little souls you'll ever meet. Charm has been in foster care for over a year, patiently waiting for someone to see the beautiful cat hiding behind her shy exterior. She arrived with her two siblings, who were quickly adopted, and losing them made her even more timid. But with lots of love and patience from her foster mom, she's slowly begun to come out of her shell. Now, Charm has her own adorable ways of showing affection. She loves sitting next to her foster mom while she eats, just enjoying the company. She'll even wrap her paws around her foster mom's legs, giving playful little nibbles and sweet kisses with tiny licks. It's her special way of saying, "I like you." She's not ready to be a cuddle bug just yet. Pets and being held still make her nervous, but every day she grows a little braver. With a patient family who understands that love can't be rushed, Charm has the potential to become an incredible companion. Until then, she'd be the perfect friend for another cat who could use a buddy. Having a feline companion helps her feel safe, and she'd love a home where she can quietly blossom at her own pace. Charm isn't looking for someone who expects a perfect cat on day one. She's looking for someone who believes that the best relationships are built on trust, patience, and unconditional love. If you're willing to let Charm write her story at her own pace, you'll discover that the quietest hearts often have the most love to give. ❤️🐾 She's in Anchorage. Call 907 980-8898
