Story
We got SweetPea from the Oceanside Humane Society 3 years ago when he was a kitten. He has lived with my mom all that time and they just love each other. Mom has moved into memory care and is no longer able to care for him and he will not be happy in my home with a herding dog. SweetPea is a little tentative around new people but is such a lover once he gets used to you.

Gizmo is a 9 month old cat with a lot of energy. He can be very sweet and loves being pet. He loves playing with any type of string and other toys but does need a lot of attention. We received him from a family member who could not have him but he has been a handful for our other cat and child.

Story
Looking for a kitten with confidence, charm, and a whole lot of fluff? Meet Peter — a stunning orange long-haired boy with tipped ears, a bright white chest, and the biggest paws around (this handsome guy is definitely going to grow into a big cat! Peter is the kind of kitten who walks into every room like he owns it. He is incredibly friendly, bold, and endlessly curious, always ready to explore somewhere new or investigate whatever you’re doing. Whether he’s climbing to the highest spot he can find, trotting over to greet a new friend, or demanding pets from his favorite people, Peter brings a huge personality everywhere he goes. This lovable boy is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. He loves wrestling with his siblings during the day and snuggling up with them at bedtime. Peter is very social and absolutely adores human attention — he loves cuddling, happily asks for pets, and would be thrilled to have people around to dote on him. At night, Peter wants a sleeping buddy and would be happiest with a human (or furry sibling!) to curl up beside. Peter is also a brave, adventurous little guy. He has been around dogs and is not afraid of them at all — in fact, he’s curious and enjoys interacting with them. He would likely do well in a home with a cat-friendly dog who respects kitten boundaries. Peter also loves other cats and would thrive with a feline companion to play, wrestle, and cuddle with. One thing to know about Peter: if it can be climbed, Peter will climb it. Cat trees, shelves, beds, couches, your lap on the way to somewhere taller — this boy is always ready for his next adventure. Because he’s so outgoing and social, Peter’s perfect home would be one with lots of love, attention, and activity. He would do best with people who want an affectionate, involved kitten and don’t mind sharing their bed at night. Peter’s Perfect Home: 🐾 Loves other cats and would thrive with a playful feline friend 🐾 Has been around dogs and is confident, curious, and interested in them 🐾 Would likely do well in a home with kids, lots of people, and plenty of activity 🐾 Needs a home that welcomes cuddles, climbing adventures, and a nighttime snuggle buddy 🐾 Would love cat trees, cozy sleeping spots, and humans who are generous with pets and attention Peter is a social, affectionate, adventurous kitten with a giant personality and an even bigger heart. He’s the kind of kitten who will keep you laughing with his fearless climbing, melt into you for cuddles, and make himself the center of family life in the best possible way. If you’re looking for a kitten who loves everyone, wants to be part of everything, and is ready to fill your home with fun and affection, Peter may be your perfect match. Typically, at this age, we prefer to adopt kittens in pairs, as we are unsure how they will do as a solo kitten. This kitten would thrive with a sibling or another kitten of a similar age, or with a proper introduction to a friendly resident cat. This kitten is excited to grow, explore, and share lots of love with a forever family. Could that be you? If you would like to meet or learn more about this kitten, please complete an adoption application on the Kitten Rescue Life website under the Adoption tab: https://kittenrescuelife.org/adopt.

Story
Bonnie: Looking for a kitten with quiet beauty, a gentle heart, and the kind of love that feels truly earned? Meet Bonnie — a gorgeous tabby girl with warm golden-toned fur, an exotic little face, and the kind of striking features that are only going to get more beautiful as she grows up. She may be the shyest of her siblings, but Bonnie has a sweet, loyal heart just waiting for the right person to bring it out. Bonnie is a lovely mix of curiosity, athleticism, and quiet sensitivity. She loves to climb, play, and keep up with her siblings, and when she’s in a comfortable environment, her playful side really shines. She enjoys exploring, staying active, and joining in on kitten adventures, but she approaches the world a little more carefully than the rest of her litter. Bonnie likes to take her time, observe what’s going on, and decide for herself when she feels safe enough to fully settle in. Because of that, Bonnie is not usually the first one to launch herself into a human cuddle session. She’s more reserved than her siblings and tends to keep a little space until she feels secure. But once she’s comfortable, Bonnie absolutely has a sweet side. She purrs when you pet her, can be incredibly gentle and affectionate, and has those special moments where her softer personality really comes through. She may not be the kind of kitten who demands attention from every person she meets, but that just makes her trust and affection feel even more meaningful. One thing that’s especially clear about Bonnie is how much she loves her siblings. She is deeply bonded to them and would almost certainly be happiest in a home with another cat for companionship, confidence, and comfort. Having a feline friend to play with, nap beside, and help her feel at home would make a big difference for this girl. She’s the kind of kitten who may blossom most beautifully when she has both a cat buddy and a patient person in her corner. Bonnie’s perfect home would likely be a quieter one with one or two people who understand that not every kitten shows love the same way. She would do best with someone willing to give her space, let her settle in at her own pace, and earn her trust over time. In return, Bonnie has the potential to become an incredibly loving and loyal companion — the kind of cat who forms a deep bond with her people and feels safest when she knows she’s truly home. Bonnie’s Perfect Home: 🐾 Would do best with another cat for companionship and confidence 🐾 Shyer and more reserved than her siblings, but very sweet once comfortable 🐾 Loves to climb, play, explore, and stay active 🐾 Would thrive with 1–2 patient people who will give her space and let her trust build naturally 🐾 Has the potential to be a very loving, loyal companion once she feels safe and settled Bonnie is a beautiful little kitten with a gentle soul, a playful streak, and a heart that opens slowly but sincerely. She may not be the boldest or most immediately outgoing of the bunch, but for the person willing to give her the patience and understanding she deserves, Bonnie has so much love to give. If you’re looking for a kitten who will blossom into a devoted companion with time, trust, and tenderness - Bonnie may the perfect girl for you! Typically, at this age, we prefer to adopt kittens in pairs, as we are unsure how they will do as a solo kitten. This kitten would thrive with a sibling or another kitten of a similar age, or with a proper introduction to a friendly resident cat. Story
Looking for a kitten with fearless confidence, and the sweetest little face you’ve ever seen? Meet Lois — a tiny tabby beauty with big expressive eyes, the cutest petite build, and the kind of charm that makes her look like she walked straight out of a cartoon. Add in her adorable spotted tummy, and Lois is basically impossible not to fall in love with. Lois may be the smallest of her siblings, but she has absolutely no idea she’s tiny. This brave little girl approaches life with endless curiosity and confidence, darting in and out of rooms in search of something new to investigate. She always wants to know what’s going on, who’s doing what, and whether there’s a better place to climb, explore, or supervise. Lois is smart, perceptive, and always paying attention — she’s the kind of kitten who notices everything. She also has an incredibly sweet and social nature. Lois loves interacting with other cats and is always trying to win over my grumpy older cat, despite receiving very little encouragement in return. She’s friendly, outgoing, and eager to be part of the action, whether that means joining in playtime, checking out a new person, or making herself comfortable around the dogs. Lois is fearless when it comes to both new people and dogs, and she carries herself with the confidence of a kitten twice her size. And while she may be petite, Lois is no pushover. She more than holds her own during playtime and often manages to get the better of her siblings despite being the smallest in the group. She loves to play, explore, and wrestle, but once she’s finally worn herself out, Lois is more than happy to curl up for cuddles. She has the purr of a much larger cat and the kind of affectionate side that makes bedtime snuggles one of her favorite parts of the day. Lois would thrive in a home where she has plenty of room to play, explore, and satisfy her curious little mind. She would love a feline friend to keep her company, and she’d be happiest with someone who doesn’t mind sharing nighttime cuddle duty. She’s the perfect mix of adventurous and affectionate: bold enough to fearlessly take on the world, but sweet enough to want to curl up right beside you when the day is done. Lois’s Perfect Home: 🐾 Loves other cats and would especially enjoy a feline companion 🐾 Fearless with new people and dogs — confident, social, and eager to be involved 🐾 Would thrive in a home with lots of space to play, explore, and climb 🐾 Tiny but mighty — playful, athletic, and not at all intimidated by bigger siblings 🐾 Would love a home with nighttime snuggles, affection, and plenty of attention Lois is a tiny kitten with a huge personality, a giant purr, and a heart full of curiosity and affection. She’s brave, playful, loving, and endlessly charming — the kind of kitten who can entertain herself by investigating every corner of the room and then melt into your arms when she’s ready for a nap. If you’re looking for a kitten who is equal parts fearless adventurer and cuddly sweetheart, Lois might just be your perfect girl. Typically, at this age, we prefer to adopt kittens in pairs, as we are unsure how they will do as a solo kitten. This kitten would thrive with a sibling or another kitten of a similar age, or with a proper introduction to a friendly resident cat. Story
Babygirl has been with us since she was11 months old, she’s about 2 years old now. She came pregnant. Since we have had her she seems to not be bothered by kids I have 4 ranging in ages from 1-14, she likes to be loved on and also likes to find a nice place to snuggle up in to nap. I desperately need babygirl rehomed, as soon as possible. I tried keeping her because my mom heart felt guilty and wanted to try to see if I could afford it. And I cannot, she’s a good girl and needs someone who has the funds and time for her.

Story
Margarita is a social, sweet girl whose favorite thing to do is to be with her people. It's not uncommon to find her perched on a shoulder watching her foster work or even showing concern for their bumps and bruises. She's always up for a game with the feather wand and enjoys batting small toys around, or even wrestling with her littermates. She's also very fond of cozy hammocks for naps. She purrs endlessly and has beautiful markings as well! Primary Color: Calico Age: 0yrs 3mths 3wks
