Story
We live out in the country by a river and this cat was dumped. He came to us starving and was living in the woods. We all ready had three cats, so we made the decision to keep him. Named him Mr. Roger, took him to the vet. Roger has been neutered and had required shots. Veterinarian determined he is around 3-4 years of age. Roger is litter trained and loves to be in doors, very gentle and affectionate, loves to talk. Would make a great companion to a caring home. We need to rehome due to not getting along with our other cat.

Story
Cleopatra's Story This kitty is in foster care! Fill out the adoption application if interested in meeting her https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/ Longer version: Meet Cleo — a big, beautiful tabby girl with an even bigger heart. 💛 Cleo is the kind of cat who just wants a cozy place to call home and someone to share her lap-cuddles with. She absolutely loves curling up beside you, lounging in sunny windowsills, and keeping watch over the birds, squirrels, neighborhood cats, and people outside. She’s a curious girl who enjoys the sights and sounds of the outdoors from the safety of her favorite perch. Cleo would thrive best in a quieter home where she can be the center of attention. She prefers not to share her space with other cats, though she has tolerated respectful dogs while in foster care. Catnip toys are one of her favorite things, and she’s always happy to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with her people. Over the past year, Cleo has experienced a lot of change and would truly love the stability and comfort of a forever family. She does have a recent history of pancreatitis, so she currently eats Hill’s Science Diet Sensitive Skin & Stomach kibble (non-prescription) and has done well with it. She also occasionally gets hairballs, which have been easily managed with an inexpensive supplement called Laxatone. Cleo is available for adoption through My New Cat Rescue and is currently being fostered in Lafayette, Indiana. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will happily keep you company while birdwatching from the window, Cleo may be your perfect match. 🐾

Story
In foster care. Fill out the adoption application if interested in meeting him https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/ Mo is an outgoing, friendly 7-year-old male tabby. He does well with other cats and is a happy boy once comfortable. He has been previously declawed on the front, unfortunately :( While adjusting to foster care, he had been nervous and hid but loved to be petted and would purr. Now that he has settled in, he is loving and seeks attention! This sweet boy is a big fan of lickable treats and has some interest in cat wands. He locks in if you get a laser pointer out! With his previous caretakers, he was reported to have an independent streak and to be on the lazier side. Choosing affection on his terms. His foster has noted him to be huge cuddle bug who enjoys napping with his human but would prefer not to be held. Story
We have a ferel cat that had kittens before we were able to have her spayed. We would love to keep all of them but it is too much. She is spayed and has been vaccinated. Has a flea and tick collar that lasts for 6 months. She is real sweet. Loves people and other cats. Has not been around other animals that I’m aware of. There are two more females we are wanting to find homes for as well. They were born in March 2026.

Story
We got Sunny last fall at the humane society along with another cat. The cat have got along until a month ago Sunny chased away our other cat away. A few weeks later my neighbor found my lost cat. When I brought her home Sunny attacked her. I have had to keep the cats separated. I have tried calming diffusers and other means of reintroducing the cats. She is a nice affectionate cat, she comes right to you. She comes right up to my dog. She in no longer friendly with my other cat.

Story
Hii! My name is Pepper Jack (aka pj or peachy). I am a very shy boy, and I love hiding in small dark spaces, especially as I am getting used to my new surroundings. Once I get to know you, I can be very loveable, but I keep more to myself than my brother Colby does. I join him in greeting my foster mom whenever she comes home with meows and wanting pets, but I like climbing my scratching post and overseeing things a little more than cuddles. Me and my brother are a pair together, since we help each other’s anxiety, but we are also on medications daily for this and will need an extra medication during the transition to our forever home to make things smoother. I also do well with my fellow foster cat and dog siblings like my brother. If you think we (me and my brother Colby) would be a good match for you, submit an application for us. We can’t wait to meet you! PLEASE NOTE: Pepper Jack is bonded to Colby and should remain together with him if at all possible. Pepper Jack has met other cats and dogs in his foster home and he gets along with everyone he meets! If Pepper Jack sounds like he would make a great new family member, email us at orphanedkittycorner@gmail.com or fill out an application at https://forms.gle/BewoPqRU2vZxQE7bA.
