Story
Chicken is a sweet cat and loves to love. Unfortunately with a new baby I don’t have the resources to give her the attention she deserves. She was attacked by dogs previously and is afraid of them but does love children. She might be nervous at first but is super loving once she gets comfortable. She loves her nice toys and has a weird obsession with her stuffed chipmunk. She is liter box trained and loves to snuggle at bedtime. She currently only eats dry food. This is hard for me but I know she deserves somebody who can give her all their attention and love, she is a sweetheart and I hope to find her the proper home. At 3 years old she has gotten to her full size but still has young cat energy.

Story
Tippy was adopted from the Humane Society in July 2025 and is 7 years old. She is a very sweet and gentle cat. She dislikes being held and having her belly rubbed, but she will immediately crawl into your lap for pets and snuggles the second you sit down. She loves to play, has a lot of energy, and is super funny when she gets the zoomies. She is great with small kids but does not get along with dogs. Unfortunately we were not told about her dental needs upon adoption and we are not in a good financial place to pay for a dental trip at the moment, but she is in dire need of having at least one tooth removed and a cleaning. Tippy has a problem with leaking urine while she sleeps. She was checked for a UTI and it was negative. I havent been able to figure out how to stop it from happening. We never find it on the floor and she doesnt spray. She needs an experienced adopter who does not have a problem with her leaking urine while she sleeps. It is definitely not behavioral in any way.

Story
Mett Flory! Flory was born to an abandoned mom cat in August 2024. This quiet, brown tabby female is friendly with trusted folks, avoidant of strangers, and is affectionate on her terms. She watches for you at the window, greets you at the door, ankle rubs, and follows you. At this stage she doesn’t want to be held or stay in your lap. She enjoys brushing and likes to sit in front of you, watching you. She is treat motivated, Flory plays with cat toys by herself and interactive ones with you. She enjoys watching wildlife out the window. She has met kids and finds them too busy and active, so she hides. Flory would enjoy another cat for a companion after proper introductions. She needs a patient adopter willing to build her trust. She has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Siblings are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/ If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612 202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~*

Story
Meet Faith! This mellow, gray tabby female older kitten tolerates being held upright for a short while. Faith is friendly with trusted folks, shy of strangers and is affectionate on her terms. Faith was born to a stray mom cat in August 2024 and she received no medical care for an eye infection, which claimed one eye. She watches for you at the window, and purrs on contact. At this stage she prefers to sit next to you. Faith plays with cat toys by herself and interactive ones with you. She enjoys watching wildlife out the window. She hasn’t met kids, but if they are patient, calm and kind, she should be fine. She would enjoy another cat for a companion after proper introductions. Faith needs a patient adopter willing to build her trust. She has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Siblings are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue.
