Story
He is an Orange Tabby. He is a big cuddle bug! Very sweet and cuddly, loves a quieter environment and with 3 younger kids, I think he’s stressed. I’ve had him for about 5 years. We recently just took him to the vet last month ( July ) to get him an antibiotic/ anti inflammatory / Urinary Tract infection shot, as he has been having problems peeing around the home. He IS trained & uses his liter box, but we recently moved and I think with the move he’s been on edge. New liter box/liter. I am looking for someone who could give him a better home, better help, maybe afford to take him to the vet to have more tests done to see what’s going on / why he’s peeing in places he shouldn’t be. Other than that, he is a very nice, sweet, very cuddly, big love bug. I absolutely love him to death but I just need to rehome him to someone that can offer better care for him. I got him from a friend 5-6yrs ago when he was skin & bones from neglect, now he is big, fluffy, fury, cuddle bug.

Story
We adopted Kitty from Facebook marketplace around six years ago. She came from a family that had lots of dogs. When we adopted her, she was sick and had stones so we had surgery done to remove them. Because of that issue, Kitty is on a special prescription food. It just helps her to prevent getting stones again. Kitty is very loyal to her family and loves to be in the same room as you at all times. She is very good with kids however she is not the cuddly type. She loves to play with all of her toys, her light laser and chase things around the house. She doesn’t however, like to sit on your lap she’s a private territorial is her personality so she would be best in a home without other animals. The ideal adopter for Kitty would be an older adult or perhaps a child that has patience and would not demand too much attention. She is litter box trained, however, needs a higher sided box. Kitty is very healthy and is approximately eight years old. My daughter moved so need to rehome her.

Story
Sunshine, a male orange tabby was born around April 2020. He was found by a resident and turned into the Rescue. He occasionally talks at meal times. Sunny hasn’t met dogs or kids under age eight. With proper introductions he gets along with most cats and he’d enjoy another cat for a pal. The foster mom says he is sweet, smart, friendly with known people, and affectionate on his terms. Sunny is shy/avoidant of strangers. At this stage, he is uncomfortable being picked up. Sunny likes playing with interactive wand toys and watching birds at the window. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Are you the patient person willing to give him time to trust and blossom in a new setting and you be rewarded with a special relationship with him? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612 202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com . If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~* *

Story
Stormy is an easy-going, confident, orange tabby male with white undersides and socks, who was born in March 2025. He gets along with the foster’s active dog and both male and female cats. Stormy is friendly with strangers. He face rubs, head butts, and ankle rubs. He is quiet, gives kitty kisses, and is kitten-active. Stormy is okay being picked up and carried. When you sit, he jumps into your lap or lets you place him there. Stormy stays for short periods of brushing or petting. Then he is off to play with cat toys or watch wildlife out the window. He follows you around the house wanting to sit near you. Stormy hasn’t met children, but if they are gentle and respectful he should do fine. He enjoys playing with interactive wand toys, also. He was found with an injured leg and was unclaimed. He uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Story
Unfortunately, we need to find a new home for our loving cat, Tiger, due to allergies. My husband and daughter have always had mild allergies, but since moving into a house with less ventilation, their symptoms have become consistent and are interfering with daily life. He is a wonderful indoor cat and is completely litter-trained, front-declawed, and neutered. He gets along well with other cats and large dogs, and he is very patient with children, simply walking away if he has had enough. He is independent and comfortable being alone during the day while we are at work and school. As you can see in the pictures, he loves to sleep and is a big snuggler. He's 4.

Story
Meet Tiger! 🐯Tiger has a calm, gentle personality and enjoys spending time outdoors.Tiger is a sweet boy who is still learning to trust people. He can be a little shy and flinch if approached too quickly, but he is not aggressive. He simply needs someone who will let him settle in at his own pace and earn his trust.Tiger is litter trained but has not yet been seen by a veterinarian and is not neutered. He appears healthy overall, but he occasionally makes a wheezy or coughing sound, so his new family should plan to have him examined by a veterinarian.Tiger would thrive in a calm, loving home with someone who understands that building trust takes time. If you’re looking for a quiet gentle companion, Tiger may be the perfect match.

Story
Location: Columbia Heights, MN Stick Stickly, affectionately nicknamed “Sprout” by her foster mom, is becoming sweeter each and every day. She’s still getting comfortable being around people, but she’s come a long way. While still shy, she will join you on the couch for playtime and in bed for sleeptime! I believe she would do best in a home with another cat. She loves her sister, Melon, but she’s just as likely to cuddle with the resident cats. She’s affectionate with the resident dog so I think she would do fine with dogs after slow introductions. I think given time, she will become a very sweet member of the right family. *Originated from: Shelter in Minnesota. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Beresford, SD Devyn is a breathtakingly beautiful black cat with a glossy midnight coat and striking eyes that reflect every bit of her intelligence and curiosity. At just 2 years old, she already carries herself with the elegance and quiet confidence of a feline queen. Curious by nature, Devyn loves to explore her surroundings and observe from a safe, elevated spot. She’s fascinated by the world around her, but she prefers to approach everything-especially people-in her own time. Devyn has some trust issues and can be cautious with new humans, but she’s making steady progress. Her foster mom is gently earning her trust day by day, and Devyn is showing more and more of her sweet, inquisitive personality. Devyn isn’t shy about expressing her feelings. She is very vocal when she’s unhappy or uncomfortable, making her a cat who communicates clearly and honestly. Her ideal home is one where her boundaries are respected and her cues are understood. She does get along well with both dogs and other cats, as long as they respect her space and don’t overwhelm her. Calm, patient companions-furry or human-will help her shine. Devyn is looking for someone who sees the beauty in letting a relationship unfold naturally. With patience, understanding, and love, she’ll reward you with trust, companionship, and her own special brand of charm. *Originated from: South Dakota Reservation. -------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
