Meet SAFFRON, a handsome one and half year-old boy with a gorgeous marble coat. Saffron came to us as an older kitten who had been living outside. He was very shy at first, but our amazing staff and volunteers worked with him and his personality is slowing shining through. Saffron loves to play and have fun and is a great friend to other cats. Saffron can still be a little shy with humans so he will need an adopter who will have the patience to work with him and give him the time he needs to flourish. It would be best if Saffron went to a home with another playful cat to help bring him out of his shell and to be his playmate. Saffron is located in Long Beach, NY. Can you believe this HANDSOME 9-year-old guy was living outside scrounging for food for quite some time! Michael is VERY AFFECTIONATE and loves to rub himself against your leg and seek ATTENTION. He will come greet you and want to spend time with you. Michael was in a foster home and did sleep with his foster dad. The second he got into bed, Michael would jump right up and settle in. Michael loves to sunbathe through the window for hours on end. He might play with some toys in between his cat naps. Like many cats, Michael has his preferences - he loves chin rubs and being brushed (the top of head not so much). Michael would do best in an adult only and as a solo cat but might do well in a home with a laid- back, non-confrontational cat. Michael would do best in a home with a cat savvy adopter.
