Kitten was dumped at the park behind our house. She made her way to our house Thanksgiving morning and was cold and very thin. She is very friendly. She needs her purr-manent home!

Theo and Felix are bonded brothers from birth about 10 years ago. They are a lively bunch. You’d never realize their years. The boys love their toys, cat nip and cat towers. They have strictly known only indoors. Dogs, children and other cats take some getting used to but they warm up to others in no time. Owner is willing to part with many of their cat items (towers, liter box, toys) if a forever home is found. Theo struggles with crystals in his urine and must be kept on a prescribed diet, currently hills metabolic c/d. With the help of this food, he has had no new occurrences for years!

Meet Belladonna, a lovely grey tabby who came to FDHS after surviving something no animal should ever endure. She and another cat were witnessed being thrown from a moving vehicle and left behind like nothing more than trash. Thanks to the kindness of Good Samaritans, she made it safely to us, and we promised her that life from then on would only hold love and care.Since settling in, Belladonna has truly blossomed. Though she is a little more reserved, she has done excellent in group housing and has proven to be the sweetest little lady. Virginia has been hanging out at FDHS for several months now waiting for her forever family. And honestly, we are baffled she hasn’t been adopted yet! She came to us with her two brothers after their previous owner could no longer care for them.
