This cat was found outside of our house and we haven’t quite been able to get rid of her. She seems super timid and afraid. We have tried finding her owners with no luck. I’m assuming she’ll need vet care. We have bathed her and kept her for the last 2 weeks but cannot keep her any longer. She has gotten along with our other cat and our dog. She is skittish around us and kids. We have been able to get her to use the litter box sometimes.

I found Riley along with her sister Reagan under a work dumpster last January and decided to take them home and bring them in out of the cold. Unfortunately, I am relocating due to work and need to find them a good home to move to. Riley is very playful, a bit skiddish at times, but loves purring, head rubs and tummy rubs. Basil is around 9 years old and has so much love and life to share! We are in a situation where we are unable to properly care for Basil and give him the attention he deserves due to chronic health issues we're navigating as a family. Basil is social but a little nervous, so a calm environment is best. He loves to play, but he's a big fellow and doesn't always know his own strength. He has a sensitive stomach, but we found a food that works well for him. Be advised that he is extremely particular with his cat box. If it's dirty at all, he will turn his nose up and potty where he shouldn't. Basil has lots of personality and would make a friend for someone who is familiar with cats, is meticulous with cat box tending, and can navigate his sensitivities with patience.
