Mariah has been with me for 5 years. She likes being alone. And needs to be with an older person as a companion. Mariah is skiddish with kids and has been since I got her she will hide. She will come sit in your lap when she feels comfortable and just loves laying around watching cat tv. I want Mariah to be taken care of so I’m seeking an older person who wants a companion

I’ve had him since he was a baby so he’s never had another owner before. he’s very sweet and loves kisses and cuddles, he headbutts for kisses. he’s about 4 years old and he’s not fixed and has never been to the vet before as i’ve never been able to afford it but he’s also never had any issues that would have warranted a vet visit. perfectly healthy!

Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Furrcules is having a very hard time getting comfortable and adjusting to shelter life. He needs a really patient and understanding adopter. Furrcules has been vaccinated, wormed, spayed/neutered and tested negative for FELV which is all included in the $35 adoption fee. This cat is FIV positive which means that their immune system could become a little weaker than a non FIV cat. FIV cannot be transmitted to humans or dogs and is only transmitted to other cats through mating and deep puncture wounds. It is not spread via grooming or sharing food bowls or litterboxes. So as long as they like other cats they can be adopted to a home with them whether the existing cats are FIV or not. FIV+ cats live long happy lives and usually live just as long as non FIV cats. If you would like to adopt this cat, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays) All cats must leave the shelter in a carrier. If you do not bring one with you, one must be purchased at the shelter if available for $5
