Story
"Cats are angels with paws." This makes us think of our precious Dink. Dink is a 5-year-old brown and white short haired tabby with the sweetest little face and an even sweeter personality. She’s already settled into foster care like a pro, and her foster mom absolutely adores her. Her official hobbies include supervising the house, hanging out nearby, and turning herself into a lap accessory whenever possible. Dink does have hyperthyroidism, which means she needs medication twice a day, but don’t let that scare you off. Her meds can be given as an oral liquid OR as a cream applied to her ear. Easy peasy. With treatment, cats with hyperthyroidism can live long, happy, comfortable lives, and Dink is ready to do exactly that with someone who loves her. She comes with a generous supply of her meds already on board. She’s already spayed and ready to head home. All she’s missing is the actual home part. We know special medical needs can make cats get overlooked, but Dink is the kind of cat who makes the extra step feel very small. Dink is in a foster home, so if you'd like to meet her, let us know and we would be happy to arrange that. E-mail ccacangels@yahoo.com for more information! Please come visit! We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Story
We are looking to rehome our 7-year-old indoor cat to a loving home without young children. Senator is very affectionate, social, and vocal. He greets us at the door, loves cuddling, and enjoys interactive play — especially fetch. He thrives when he gets daily attention and playtime. Since having children, we haven’t been able to give him the same level of attention. And while he has generally been tolerant of our young kids, he gets overwhelmed by their attention. Because of this, we feel he would do best in a calm home with adults or older children who understand cat boundaries. We are hoping to find someone who can give him the attention, companionship, and peaceful environment he deserves.

Story
This is my precious baby Lucius, he is the most loving, affectionate lap cat anyone could ever hope to have. Unfortunately, last year I went into labor early and I had a baby born premature. We were in the nicu for over 3 months and I never left my babies side. Lucius and his siblings were at my house with my mother and her dog. The dog viciously attacked my cat several times, luckily nothing severe. My mother also would let Lucius run away outside for days at a time. He was never an outside cat. When he returned his sibling turned on him, and its been absolutely devastating for him. His greatest joy is to cuddle. But they rejected and attack him. So he started pacing and crying. When I was finally home with my baby I have not been able to shower him with the love and attention he desperately needed. Hes been stress spraying. I tried segragating him and gently reintroducing him to the cats and house. But he needs someone's undivided love and attention.

Story
Have had him since he was 3-4 months old. Up to date on his shots but he’s not neutered. He’s the sweetest kitty and loves to play. He’s good with other cats as shown in the picture and dogs as well just can’t take him with me on my move and I refuse the shelter option, I’m also pregnant and I can’t scoop the litter anymore. He is 13 months old.

Story
Meet Milo – this sweet teenager was lost and followed every neighbor to ask for a cuddle until a caring person took him home. He’s very gentle and people-focused, and loves being petted. He’s very active in the mornings, playing chase-the-treat, pouncing on his toys, and running after a feather toy or a string. In the afternoon, he will cuddle up next to you on the couch, then take a long nap on the top of the cat tree. He often comes to meet you if you’ve left the room and come back. He likes to be with people and would love to find a family that he can be with every day! We do not know if he has met other cats or dogs, but with a slow introduction, he might like them! The vet estimated his age around 12 months, he is in good health and tested FIV/FelV negative. A young gentleman that always uses his litterbox and scratching post. He will be neutered, vaccinated and have a microchip.
