Story
Meeka is a sweet and charming senior kitty, around 12 years old, who has mastered the art of being the purrfect companion. She's friendly and social without being demanding. You'll often find her snoozing contentedly at the foot of the bed, and unlike some cats, she's considerate enough to let you sleep in rather than demanding breakfast at dawn! Meeka does best with adults and older children, around age 9 and up. She's a cat who appreciates having her personal space respected and isn't a fan of being carried around like a rag doll. That said, she's patient and tolerant, making her a wonderful companion for respectful, cat-savvy kids. When Meeka first arrives in a new home, she will seek out a secret hiding spot given the chance. It's best to provide a safe space, giving her time to adjust, and when she's ready, she'll explore her surroundings and get to know her new family. Meeka isn't an overly playful cat, but she's still a cat and you'll have fun discovering what toys bring out the hunter in her. She's a lovely girl and her calm presence will bring a lightness to your home. If you're looking for a friendly, easy-going family kitty who enjoys human company, Meeka could be your match! Complete an adoption application at queencitycatsvt.org if you'd like to meet her.

Story
Lilly is a lovely 15-year-old sweetheart who proves that senior cats are truly something special. She’s affectionate, devoted, and happiest when she’s the center of your world, soaking up every bit of love and attention you can give. Her charming raspy meow and adorable happy drool when she’s extra content only make her more irresistible. This golden girl is wonderfully easy to please—she’s a great eater and her twice daily medication mixes easily right into her food. She also loves spending time by the window, keeping an eye on the birds and the world outside. Lilly is gentle, great with kids, and full of warm companionship. Lilly’s perfect home would be one where she can be your one and only cat, surrounded by love, cozy spots, and people who adore her as much as she’ll adore them. If you’re looking for a sweet, soulful companion, Lilly is ready to make your home her happily ever after. If you want to meet Lilly, complete an adoption application at queencitycatsvt.org.

Story
***Bonded with her brother Luka*** Who couldn’t love those eyes and incredibly beautiful markings! Emmy is super friendly, energetic and very playful. And very smart! She is quick to romp and play with toys and her brothers, Luka and Milo. She loves the feather toys on the wand and will show you her acrobatic skills; she also loves cat TV! She loves being near you, occasionally on your lap. She rolls over on her back for rubs and is the sweetest girl. Both Emmy and Luka are super inquisitive, interested in what you’re doing and have to be a part of whatever’s going on. Emmy does well with older children and cat savvy dogs. If you want to meet Emmy, please complete an adoption application at queencitycatsvt.org.
