Story
Meet Tiger – Gentle, Loving, and Devoted Companion Tiger is a calm, affectionate male tabby with a quiet sweetness that makes him an instant heart-stealer. He’s one of four cats we’re currently fostering after stepping in to help a friend going through difficult life changes. While we’ve loved having him with us, we’re sadly unable to keep him long-term due to our limited space and home renovations. Tiger is incredibly loving—he enjoys gentle attention, quiet lap time, and the company of both people and other animals. He’s been respectful and easygoing around our dog and lives peacefully with several other cats. What makes Tiger truly special is his close bond with Maggie, his companion and best friend. They’re often found snuggled together or following each other around the house. Because of this strong connection, we’re hoping they can be adopted as a pair—they provide each other with comfort, confidence, and love. Please take a moment to read Maggie’s post too.

Story
Meet Maggie – The Ultimate Lovebug Maggie is a sweet, snuggly tabby with a heart full of love and a gentle, affectionate spirit. She was one of the first to warm up to us when we stepped in to help a friend rehome their beloved cats due to unexpected life changes. Although we wish we could keep her, our current living situation and home renovation project mean we can only foster her temporarily. Maggie thrives on companionship—she loves being close and will happily curl up on your lap or claim the softest spot in the room for a cozy nap. She has a playful side too, but it’s her loving nature that really shines. She quickly bonded with our dog and lives peacefully alongside four other cats. Ideally, Maggie would be adopted with her best buddy, Tiger—a gentle, affectionate male tabby she’s especially close with. Their bond is heartwarming, and they bring out the best in each other. Please see our post about Tiger for more details.

Story
Meet Gypsy George. He is approximately 5 years old and was found in an abandoned apartment. George was very sick when he was found. Thanks to the generosity of a group of animal lovers, the funds were raised to nurse him back to health. George is a very very sweet boy, but due to the circumstances of his isolation, he can get over stimulated and needs an experienced owner who can “read him” until he learns what a good home is. George does not seem to appreciate other cats, hence the unfortunate reason he can’t stay with his foster, though this could change as he learns to live in a calm loving home where he gets enough food, water, and love. He is just learning to play with toys. He is good with older kids who would respect his “moods” until he can feel safe and loved. I know there is someone out there that can offer George the perfect home he deserves, as he is blossoming more and more every day.

Story
Meet Queenie: Your Future Professional Best FriendShe’s gray, she’s graceful, and she’s ready to be the center of your world.Queenie is 8 years old, which means she’s mastered the art of the perfect nap. She doesn’t need much—just a sunny window, a soft chin scratch, and a human who appreciates a quiet companion. Queenie is currently living the good life in a foster home, but she’s officially ready to find her permanent throne.Queenie is the ultimate `low-maintenance` roommate. She’s past the kitten chaos and prefers the finer things in life: a soft sunbeam, a plush bed, and your undivided attention. She’s a listener, a professional napper, and a loyal friend who will always be waiting for you at the door.Queenie was recently diagnosed with renal disease. While that sounds like a big term, it really just means she’s a special girl with a special menu! To keep her feeling her best and her kidneys happy, she needs to stay on a prescription renal diet for life. She thinks the food is delicious, and it’s a small price to pay for the years of love she has ready to give.Queenie has recently started seeking out affection on her own terms, proving that underneath her quiet exterior is a girl who truly wants to be loved. She’s even rediscovered her `inner kitten,` venturing out to chase toys and show off her playful side.Queenie is looking for a patient home that will celebrate every new `first` with her. She isn`t an `instant` lap cat, but she is proving every day that she is worth the wait.Queenie is spayed and has received core vaccinations (feline distemper, rabies), flea preventative, has been dewormed, and is microchipped. If you have any questions about Queenie, feel free to reach out at (920) 733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org, or stop by during our open hours to take a look around!

Story
Meet Milo & Diego: The Ultimate Package Deal Are you looking for twice the love and double the fun? Meet Milo and Diego, a bonded pair of 6-month-old brothers who are looking for their new start! These two were surrendered through no fault of their own and are now dreaming of a home where they can grow up together. At six months old, these boys have officially hit the `Best Friend` stage. While they are full of typical kitten curiosity, having each other makes them much easier to care for than a solo kitten! ·The Zoomie Partners: Instead of waking you up for play, they`ll chase each other down the hallway. ·Built-in Comfort: Moving to a new home is scary, but Milo and Diego have their best friend right by their side to help them feel brave. ·The `Kitten Puddle`: There is nothing quite like seeing two brothers curled up in a single ball of fur for a midday nap. These two must be adopted together. They rely on each other for confidence and companionship. Expect lots of wrestling, feather-toy chasing, and exploring every nook and cranny. Since they are young and have each other, they should adapt well to most households with proper introductions. The fast movements and unpredictable energy of younger children can be a bit much for these refined spirits. They are looking for a quieter home with older kiddos where they can feel secure. These two have successfully lived with a dog in the past! While they have experience with a canine roommate, every dog is different, and they may be a little unsure when meeting someone new. Our adoption counselors would be happy to walk you through a slow introduction. Both boys are neutered, have received core vaccinations (Feline Distemper, Rabies), flea preventative, have been dewormed, and are microchipped. If you have any questions about Milo and Diego or our adoption process, feel free to reach out to adoption staff at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org.
