Story
After making one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make, we've decided to look for a new home for our sweet sisters, Tito and Squirt. We adopted them together as kittens, and they've been a loved part of our family ever since. Over the years, our home has changed quite a bit. With a young child and kids regularly in and out of the house, it's become a much busier and louder environment than they seem comfortable with. The increased activity has caused anxiety for one of them, which has led to litter box issues. After a lot of thought, we truly believe they would thrive in a calmer, quieter home where they can feel relaxed and secure again. They are bonded sisters, so we'd like to keep them together. This decision comes from love and wanting what's best for them—not because we don't care. We simply want them to have the peaceful home they deserve. If you or someone you know can provide a quiet, loving forever home for Tito and Squirt, please send me a message. We'd love to talk

Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
💔 His dad passed unexpectedly, and his aunt is happy she's keeping him alive, since she has no idea what she's doing. He's 15 years old and needs shots, his vet is Badger Vet Clinic in Janesville, WI. He seems to enjoy being around people. He's been relaxed around us, and he's just as happy just hanging out. He has bitten, we need to be transparent about that. We don't know if it is overstimulation, stress, or a boundary he's communicating. For that reason we would love to find someone comfortable with cats and willing to give him time and space to settle in. We don't know how he is with dogs, cats, and children. We're looking for either: ❤️ A permanent loving home 🏡 A temporary foster home 🐾 A rescue / organization that can help with placement. Located in Janesville, WI Comes with all kitty accessories, food, litter, cat tree, etc.

Story
We adopted Milo as a kitten. He is approximately 8 years old. Milo had his shots as a kitten and was neutered and microchipped. However, his chip was never registered so that is something you still have the option to do.Milo has unfortunately not had much vet care since due to financial reasons but he is in good health and has no medical issues. The reason Milo is looking for a new home is because he has become unhappy being in a multi-pet home. In the past, he did not have any behavioral issues but began urinating outside of the litter box. There is no underlying medical issues so I am confident that this would subside if he were in a one pet household. He is not aggressive and is friendly towards people of all ages. He is a sweet, sensitive boy who loves to be held, cuddle and give kisses.

Story
Star thought she already had her happily ever after. She was adopted from Angel`s Wish as a kitten years ago and spent years in a home. But when life became too busy for her family, Star found herself without one. After a stop at another shelter, she`s now back with us, trying to make sense of it all.To put it simply...she`s over it.Star is a beautiful, big orange lady with plenty of personality. She`s been declawed, so when she`s feeling overwhelmed, she sometimes lets you know with a swat instead of walking away. Shelter life has been especially hard on her, and right now, everything feels like a little too much. The thing is, underneath the sass is a cat who wants to trust. You can see her soften when she realizes she`s safe. She wants affection. She wants to connect. She just needs someone willing to let her settle in at her own pace and remember that she`s been through a lot.Star is looking for a quiet home where she can reclaim her throne as the queen of the castle. She`d much prefer to be your one and only feline, soaking up all the love and attention she deserves. After losing the only home she`d known, Star is ready for someone who sees past her tough exterior and gives her the forever home she thought she already had. We have a feeling that once she knows she`s home for good, this orange queen will let her sweeter side shine. This cat attends Saturday adoption events (10 AM to 2:30 PM) and Sunday Adoption Events (12pm to 3pm) at our Verona Adoption Center, and may also be met by appointment in Verona by approved adopters.READY TO ADOPT? Story
Melba is a beautiful brown tabby with the sweetest, most expressive face — and if you look closely, you’ll spot her special little surprise: soft touches of rich chocolate brown on her feet that make her even more unique.Once a farm girl, Melba has embraced indoor life with her whole heart. She’s a gentle communicator who will chat with you, rub against your legs, and offer tender head bumps to remind you she’s ready for affection. She also gives wonderful hugs — the kind where she leans in, settles close, and makes you feel chosen. When you start petting her, she melts into a warm, grateful cuddlebug.Melba may be toothless after a full dental, but she certainly doesn’t let that slow her down — she has a great appetite and eagerly enjoys her meals. She’s also being treated for pillow foot and takes her medication easily when mixed into her canned food.Melba has a Grade 4 heart murmur. Many cats with murmurs live comfortably for years, but her future family should plan for periodic veterinary monitoring to keep an eye on her heart health and make sure she continues feeling her best. This lovely girl has left her farm days behind and is ready for a future filled with soft beds, kind people, and all the affection she can soak up. She has so much love to give and can’t wait to share her cuddles, her hugs, and her gentle gratitude with her forever family. This special girl is an Angel`s Wish Forget-Me-Not, so her adoption fee is waived to help her find her new home faster. This cat attends adoption events at our Verona Adoption Center on Saturdays from 10am to 2:30pm and Sundays from 12pm to 3pm.READY TO ADOPT?
