Story
Our gentle giant. Shy at first but warms up quickly. Gentle and loving. Gets along great with other cats and dogs in home but younger kids scare him-he runs and hides. Older kids 10+ he is not so scared of. Loves his toys and to cuddle. Would be a perfect fit for a calmer household. He is 5 years old.

Story
Rascal is a sweet, almost 9-year-old cat (summer baby) who came from a rescued litter found in a local park. He’s been an amazing family pet and this decision is incredibly difficult for us. Rascal is very laid-back, enjoys being pet, and will snuggle on his terms. He plays occasionally but mostly loves a calm, cozy environment. After a move with my son, Rascal experienced stress that led to a bladder issue, which was treated by a vet. He is currently healthy and up to date on care. Recently, he has started occasionally pooping outside the litter box, which we believe is stress-related. Rascal is not a fan of dogs (at least not our high energy dog), and we feel he would do best in a quiet home as the only pet. We’re hoping to find him a stable environment where he can feel comfortable and thrive. He truly is a wonderful cat and deserves the right home.

Story
Meet Piper! Piper is about 6 months old and extremely friendly with everyone, people or other animals! He is curious, playful, part monkey, and social. He very much wants to be with the family and poking around the house. He is everything a young kitten is expected to be. Piper has nerve damage from birth. His back legs walk like he's got a case of "sea legs" but he gets around just fine. Piper is considered special needs because this nerve damage affected his ability to recognize the urge to defecate. There are no problems urinating in the litter box, but he does not understand when he needs to poop and so he poops outside of the litter box. Right now, he poops about 4x a day. He can wear a diaper in the house to reduce his mess during the day if the adopter so chooses. Once he has pooped, he can go for a few hours without needing to again. At night, he can sleep in a crate to give himself a long break from diapers/reduce the spread of any messes at night. Are you looking for a social butterfly who loves to play? Piper's your guy!
