Story
Dixie is a great dog. Our yard is not fenced in and she stays in our yard. No matter where we have lived, she has stayed in our yard. Sometimes she will visit the neighbors fence to visit their dogs but she comes right back. She is smart, loving, good with all dogs; especially small dogs and also cats. She loves love. She loves attention, cuddles, and food. Her shots are not up to date because she literally lays around most days and goes outside to potty. She never goes to a kennel or has any need for shots these last few years.

KayKay is a 3 year old shepherd/herding breed mix. As is common with many herding breeds, KayKay is apprensive of strangers and needs time to warm up to new people. She needs a patient adopter (ideally with prior herding breed experience) who will give her time to warm up and get comfortable with them. She would also do best in a quieter household that does not have tons of new people coming in and out all of the time. She is housebroken and well behaved at home. She gets along well with other dogs. No kitties please. She is kid friendly with proper introductions. Adoption fee: $150. KayKay is spayed and current on vaccines. She comes with 30 days of pet insurance through MetLife, a free bath and nail trim through scenthound and free professional training classes. ##2668115##
