Trixie loves all people and is good with other animals, but she really wants to be the Princess in the home and would be best as an only dog. She requires someone who works from home or is retired so she's not alone all day. Trixie loves playing ball and going for walks. She's in great health and soaks up any attention. Highly intelligent. Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, and fully recovered from heartworm. 2.) Rescue Story * Binnie had been at the Gimje City Shelter for a long time without being rescued due to limited space at the Adogs center. One day, his weight suddenly dropped, raising health concerns. Adogs stepped in just in time to rescue him. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Is shy a bit with new people. May nip defensively if you try to touch him without establishing trust first. Even with familiar people, his guard may be up—he’s in training for this. As a result of consistent training, he has acted charm to other family from time to time. * With Dogs: Coexists peacefully with other dogs and doesn’t show much interest first. Doesn’t approach them to greet but is polite enough to respond to greetings of other dogs. Showed some defensive nipping to sudden approaches in the past but is improving as he meets more dogs. * With Cats: Waits gently when seeing cats. * Separation Anxiety: Barely has separation anxiety. Mostly rests napping or sometimes plays with balls when alone. Recently, stayed for three days at a boarding facility, where he was anxious and had trouble adjusting for the first six hours. After that, settled in well. When left alone with strangers, he either approaches them and barks or sniffs them. * Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty but uses pee pads indoors without any issue. * Hygiene: Handles bathing, brushing, drying, and tooth brushing like a pro. * Walks: Loves walks and matches his pace to yours! Isn't surprised by the sounds of motorcycles or cars, and strolls leisurely while looking around. * Car Sickness: No motion sickness; relaxes well during car rides. * Barks and may show defensive nibbling when strangers visit home or suddenly reach out their hands to him during walks. Dislikes to be intuded in his territory and sometimes nips in such situation. Is getting constant training to fix it. * May bark defensively if someone suddenly runs toward him during walks. * Likes playing with a squeaky ball and doing nosework with treats. Wiggles happily when his butt is petted. * Does not like to be touched on belly, so it is recommended to approach carefully and to touch him as if petting softly. Is scared of staircases in buildings and is currently being trained slowly with treats. For now, he’s still being carried when he has to climb the steps. * Has mastered several commands like 'sit,' 'lie down,' 'paw,' 'another paw,' 'nose,' 'high-five,' 'kiss,' and 'house.'

Bahamut and Fae were adopted from the San Pedro Animal Shelter at the beginning of 2025 (they are a bonded pair). Both are extremely lovable and affectionate dogs. Bahamut is roughly 11 years old but acts like he’s still 6! He’s in very good health. He loves walks and is a food motivated learner, he’s super smart and can learn anything with enough time and commitment. He’s not aggressive with other dogs but does take a bit to warm up to new dogs. Fae is an old girl around 13-14 years old. She’s slower going, but still has some pep in her step. She does have a few health issues to note: her teeth are not in good condition and she has lost two of her canines, she likely has some arthritis and she has some milkiness visible in her eyes. Im searching for adopters who have schedules that can better support the needs of these two as my life has shifted in unexpected ways since I adopted them earlier this year.
