✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to LAX💟 The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate. Meet Binnie🤍 💙 Binnie’s Updates Account: @biniiii_eo 1. Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, fully recovered from heartworm (negative upon retest) * Has a severe underbite/malocclusion, and his upper and lower left canines were broken due to being interlocked. The upper canine has been extracted during dental scaling. 2. Rescue Story * Binnie had been at the Gimje City Shelter for a long time without being rescued due to limited space at the Adogs center. One day, his weight suddenly dropped, raising health concerns. Adogs stepped in just in time to rescue him. 3. Basic Information * With People: Is wary of strangers and is on guard with guests that visit the home. Is especially wary of men. Doesn’t show interest towards people he meets on walks, but becomes wary if they approach him. Shows affectionate charm towards familiar people and has an energetic side. Sticks right by people he likes. * With Dogs: Coexists peacefully with other dogs and doesn’t show much interest first. Doesn’t approach them first to greet but is polite enough to respond to greetings of other dogs on walks. * With Cats: Doesn’t show much interest in cats but he may bark if they approach him suddenly. * Separation Anxiety: Does very well when left alone at home! * Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty but uses pee pads indoors for urine without any issue. Only poops outdoors and must be taken out. * Hygiene: Handles bathing, brushing, drying, and tooth brushing like a pro.Once a bond of trust is established, he is quite cooperative and allows his nails to be trimmed without much trouble. Has a habit of chewing on his nails, so he’s only getting his nails grinded rather than cut for now. * Walks: When excited, he tries to run ahead. But most of the time, he matches his pace with his handler and doesn’t pull on the leash. Keeps his attention on his handler and walks either beside or behind them. After coming home from a walk, he goes to the bathroom and sticks out his paws to get them cleaned. * Car Sickness: Rests well in a car without motion sickness. * Biting: Occasionally shows defensive nipping toward strangers due to wariness, but this has improved significantly. Has some resource guarding and can be a bit wary of men, so caution and patience are needed. * Barking: At home, he rarely barks except briefly when his meals are being prepared. May occasionally bark when a person or a cat approaches him suddenly. * Likes: Likes walking, playing with a squeaky ball and doing nosework with treats. Wiggles happily when his butt is petted. Is extremely affectionate and deeply attached to those he recognizes as his guardians. * Dislikes: Is uncomfortable with sudden touch. Thanks to consistent desensitization training, he has improved a lot. Ample time and training are necessary before appropriate trust building. Is afraid of loud noises, such as top-loading washing machines, vacuum cleaners, or motorcycles. Is wary of strangers coming into the house. * Tricks: Has excellent recall (comes when called). Has mastered several commands like 'sit,' 'lie down,' 'paw,' 'other paw,' 'nose,' 'high-five,' 'kiss,' and 'house.' * Personality: Is a true angel—a "Giving Tree" in dog form! Once he trusts you, he gives his whole heart. Even when faced with things he dislikes, he patiently endures them for his person, expressing his deep affection with his pure, clear eyes.

Story
We adopted sweet Rinny after losing our oldest dog Lola. Our 2 other rescue pups seemed heartbroken and depressed losing their big sister. In an attempt to fill the void of having to put down the pup that had been with us 15+ years, we went to the Irvine Animal Shelter to see if any dogs pulled on our heart. We saw Rinny and had a meeting with her- she smothered my oldest son with kisses and it was an immediate connection. We took her home that day. At first Rinny seemed to fit in quite well. She is mellow, house trained, great with children (we have 4 young boys under 9) and super snuggly and loving. As you can imagine we have a lively, active home. We are also under construction (some days it’s very loud and lots of banging). She is so stressed and unfortunately our other dogs have not warmed up to her. She deserves to be in a quiet and peaceful environment for her senior years, not in our fraternity house. We want her to be happy and feel bad that she is under constant distress.

These pups are in Santa Monica, California too!

Story
"TINY" - SWEET YOUNG CHI-MIX WITH SPECIAL NEEDS LOOKING FOR A GREAT HOME My name is Tiny, and I’m a young, adorable Chihuahua mix . I’m ten months old and weigh 28 lbs. I love people/kids and dogs and get along with cats. Overall, I’m full of joy, and I love to prance around, lifting my front paws like a show-pony. I get a lot of compliments on my cute face, especially my “eyebrows” as well my fur which is a little bit curly. I had a rough start to my life, living on the streets as a baby in a bad neighborhood. Luckily for me, a homeless man took pity on me and tried to care for me while he was also struggling with life on the streets. When I had a seizure, he realized he didn’t have the resources to look after me and found a foster to take me in. After visiting a neurologist, I learned that I have epilepsy, and the vet put me on medication. Since then, I haven’t had a single seizure. I was also diagnosed with Vestibular Disease, which is an inner-ear condition that affects balance. However, most of the symptoms have disappeared as I’ve gotten older, and all that’s left is a sleight head-tilt, which people find adorable. So, I need to find a home where my adopters don’t mind giving me a pill in the morning and night. Other than that, I’m pretty low maintenance. I love my walks and playing with other dogs. I’m also neutered and microchipped and have had all my shots. If you think you can give me a loving home, please contact my foster Jack at the contact info below. He will also pay for my medication for the first six months in my new home. 424-625-5752 - Santamonicabased@gmail.com

Story
Hi there! We’re Mallory and Valerie — a devoted mother-daughter duo with hearts full of love, looking for a forever home together. Here’s a little about us: Mallory (8 years old)Hi, I’m Mallory — the proud (and petite!) mama. That’s right — even though I’m the mom, I’m actually the smaller one! I’m calm, cuddly, and happiest when I’m near my people. I adore kids, love sunbathing, and enjoy nice little walks. I’m housebroken and pee pad trained (though I sometimes have little misses). I’ll always be right by your side, ready with snuggles and sweet tail wags. Valerie (4 years old)And I’m Valerie, Mallory’s daughter! I can be a bit shy at first, but once I know you, I’m full of affection. I prefer quieter homes with older kids (10+), and I do well with other dogs after a bit of time to adjust — but no cats, please! I love spending time with my mama and soaking up the sun just like her. Our Bond We’re truly two peas in a pod. Whether we’re napping side by side or trotting along on a walk together, we bring each other comfort and joy. We also love being around our humans and will shower you with double the love and tail wags! Our Dream Home We’re hoping to find a calm, caring home where we can stay together and be part of the family. If you have room in your heart (and on your couch!) for two loving girls, we’d be so excited to meet you. Much Love, Mallory and Valerie

Story
Hi! We are Mallory and Valerie, a dynamic furry bonded pair full of love and affection to share. I'm Mallory, a 6-year-old sweetheart, and I, Valerie, am 1 year old, full of puppy charm. We were transferred from Harbor to the WLA shelter with three other siblings. We are exceptionally cuddly and affectionate. We LOVE to be nestled side by side and frequently exchange licks and kisses. When it comes to potty skills, we are pros! No accidents for us! We are very smart and listen to commands and directions well. We can't wait to find our forever home together! https://www.muchlove.org/animals/valerie-%26-mallory
