Rocky is a senior hound mix whose world has been turned upside down. Adopted as a puppy, he spent his entire life in a home, only to now find himself looking for a new beginning. Rocky is a friendly, gentle boy who may be a little shy when you first meet him, but once he warms up, his sweet personality really shines. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Duke is about 9 years old and 50 lbs., found as a stray in rural NC. He is a beautiful leash walker, wonderful in the car, is housetrained and would be a great hiking companion for someone! Duke is very affectionate and happy. He enjoys his family and, although he loves to be outdoors, he also enjoys a soft bed! Duke has very manageable resource guarding in a home environment- so will need an experienced adopter and a child-free home. Which is a shame because he loves children and is very gentle with them. He can go anywhere with you as he is very friendly and fun and is good with cats too! Duke would do best with another dog or dogs in a home with a fenced-in yard. He is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Cookie and her 2 brothers were found in a snow drift by a young man who was kind enough to pick them up and bring them somewhere warm. Cookie is doing well in her foster home. She loves to play with toys, is friendly and good with people and other dogs too. We do not know she thinks of cats. Cookie is about 5 months old and 28 pounds. Please help Cookie find the loving home she deserves. ***You must provide a vet reference for a current or past pet you have/had.*** We do NOT ship our animals.
