Around 60 pounds of love and sweetness, Kahlua lives for sunshine, breezes, rustling leaves, and long, thoughtful walks. He’s the kind of dog who doesn’t rush through life—he notices everything, appreciates the little things, and reminds you to slow down and enjoy the moment. Kahlua has impeccable manners. Need to tie your shoe? He’ll stop and wait. Collar slips off? He’ll walk right over so you can fix it. He listens beautifully and truly wants to please his person. Today we have Ollie, a young strapping man who LOVES kids and other dogs of all sizes.  One of those guys who doesn't know exactly how big he is but makes up for his clumsiness in cuddles.  Great a helping clean the kitchen counters and floor (food driven) or training others to keep them clean, enjoys laundry day (warm towels and sheets are the best), is even a great singer!  Ollie will greet you slippers in mouth when you get home, maybe a blanket some days.  Don't let this sweetie pie get away! My wife Lucy and I adopted Roberta from Aarf shelter in Richmond about 6 years ago. She was about a year old at the time. Shes healthy and has never had health issues. She has velvety soft fur and is a sweetie pie. She has an uncanny food motivation and loves people, although she oscillates between friendly and indifferent to other dogs, given other stimuli. (She has a hound brother) She is potty trained (knows the expectation) and mostly potties outside but will sometimes potty inside. She loves her crate but has always, since we tried to crate train her as a pup, gotten anxious when its locked. Her ideal home is with someone who can give her lots of love and attention. She loves walks and open spaces outside. Top 6 Roberta descriptors: 1.Sweet 2.Loyal 3.Soft 4.Impeccable Snuggler 5.Independent 6.Hungry!
