Basil has the most soulful eyes and a heart to match. He absolutely adores his humans, loves to give hugs, and will happily chat with you about his day. His diabetes is well managed, and he thrives on a canned food–only diet (he’s especially fond of Weruva Press Your Lunch Chicken, Tiki Cat Dark and Stella & Chewy’s freeze-dried chicken). This gentle sweetheart would shine as an only pet, though he can coexist with a calm, respectful kitty who gives him space. A quieter home with older children or adults would make him feel safe and adored. If you’re looking for a cat who will love you with his whole heart and fill your home with warmth, Basil is your boy.
