Don’t let his rough start fool you, as this sweet boy is a pure bundle of love, resilience, and charming personality. Winston was originally thought to be a girl, but a recent checkup revealed he is actually a handsome little gentleman. Winston came to us needing extra care, but he has not let anything break his happy spirit. He is fully vetted, healthy, and negative for both FIV and FeLV. Due to an old jaw injury or birth defect, Winston cannot open his mouth properly. While this means eating takes a little extra teamwork, he handles it like a total champ. He enjoys a delicious wet food smoothie mixed with water that he laps right up. Because he needs smaller meals a few times a day and a little wet-washcloth clean up after his meals, he is looking for a dedicated human who does not mind a slightly messy dining routine. (See video). Aside from his unique mealtime style, Winston is a pretty normal, well-mannered cat. He uses his litter box like a pro, loves playing with toys, and thoroughly enjoys endless chin scratches. Since he cannot bite to defend himself, he needs to live strictly indoors. Winston would do best as the only pet in the home, or paired with a low-maintenance cat companion who will respect his disability. He is not a fan of dogs! Raleigh has had a rough start from the beginning. She was abandoned by her mom in our shed so we brought her into the house and bottle fed her from a few weeks old on. She has always had high anxiety and doesn’t get along with our other cats. Lately she has been peeing inside of our house. We wonder if part of it is her anxiety or stress around the other cats. She should be in a home with no other pets. She does use the litter box most of the time, but occasionally has accidents.

Meet Plumeria, a gorgeous 9-year-old domestic medium-hair grey tuxedo beauty weighing around 7.5 lbs! Plumeria came into our care after her beloved owner sadly passed away and no family was able to take her in. She arrived with an eye injury, and after a thorough evaluation, our veterinarian recommended an enucleation (eye removal) to help her feel her best. Since having the procedure, she seems so much happier, more comfortable, and relieved! Plumeria can be a bit shy at first while she settles into new surroundings, but once she warms up, her sweet and affectionate personality truly shines. She loves nothing more than soaking up warm sunshine from the window, taking long cozy naps, and getting gentle chin scratches. When it comes to home life, Plumeria is a wonderfully polite and easygoing roommate. She has great bathroom manners and is fully litter-box trained, while also politely ignoring other animals and keeping to herself. She would do well in a home with other respectful cats or dogs who give her space, though due to her sensitive and gentle nature, she would likely do best in a calm, quiet household rather than a loud or bustling one.
