Her journey began when he mistook a delivery van for a mobile nap pod. Her curiosity ended up getting her a free ride to the DPS safehouse. Despite her rough past, Latte's spirit remains unbroken. She is sweet, friendly, and always up for a laugh; be it chasing her own tail or staging dramatic play sessions with her multitude of toys. Her favorite past time is making biscuits on her favorite blanket. She has a slightly fluffy coat to go along with her flame point markings. She could join a home with another cat, cat savvy dog or kids. Brave, loyal, and utterly hilarious, Latte is more than ready to bring joy and laughter to a loving home. Why adopt Latte? He has a mellow and cuddly nature and spends most of his time gazing out the window at wildlife in a cozy window nook in his current foster home Goggles is the perfect companion for quiet evenings at home. His gentle demeanor makes him an ideal pet for anyone looking to add a loving member to their family. He could join a home with another cat or kids. He could also be your one and only. We recently had a dental done for him at our vet and he has a brand-new sparkly smile to go with his new life. She can be incredibly affectionate—nuzzling into you, curling up in your lap, and showing her softer side when she feels comfortable. However, Kyle has always had a feisty streak and can scratch or bite when the mood strikes. Two roommates adopted Kyle in Atlanta in ~2014 after fostering her for a period of time and falling in love with her unique personally. Once they moved to California, she's been living with one of her initial adopters and their family since 2015, moving between San Francisco and San Diego. She’s currently living with two toddlers, but the chaos of a busy household has become too overwhelming for her. She has started scratching and biting, even unprovoked, which has created an unsafe situation for both her and the children. Kyle is FeLV+, which means she’ll need to be the only cat in the home unless any resident cats are also FeLV+. Kyle would thrive in a calm, adult-only home or with a family with older children who understand her boundaries. She needs a patient, cat-savvy adopter who will give her the space and understanding she deserves. In the right environment, Kyle will be a loving and loyal companion—on her own terms. She loves coming up and asking for cuddles and pets, but also needs her space when she's feeling feisty. Kyle is FeLV+, but hasn't had any medical issues as a result. She is currently taking Prozac, which has been helping a lot her scratching and biting (she's generally gentler and scratches/bites less frequently). .
