But behind that playful, silly charm is a story that makes him all the more extraordinary. When Cubby was only a few weeks old, he survived a terrible lawn mower accident. It is the kind of beginning that could have broken a little dog’s spirit, but not Cubby’s. Thanks to incredible care and his own fierce will to live, he healed, recovered, and kept going. Today, he is thriving, with no long-term complications from the accident. His scars are still there, but they do not tell a story of weakness. They tell a story of courage. Of survival. We took Rocky in to try and help family out that had an unexpected litter when they adopted their dog. He is friendly and love attention. He was born on April 27th, 2022. He does good on a leash and did well camping. He would be best suited with a fenced in yard as he loves to run!

Dudley is a tall and lean boy with beautiful Catahoula Leopard markings, a long but smooth coat, and is well behaved for grooming. He is highly food-motivated. He travels well and enjoys outings to the dog park, pet store, or walking the trails where everyone loves his goofy smile. This boy is already housebroken and knows basic commands, having lived all his life in a family. Although Dudley is crate-trained, he might become bored and destructive (toys and bedding only) if left alone and confined for long periods in a crate. Need a jogging partner? He is looking for an active home where he can walk and play several times a day. If you are looking for a strong and loyal canine companion to spend the next decade with, you can't do better than this boy!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN.
