Hola!! Mi amo Winona, como esta??? I am doing pretty well! Except I am still looking for my furever family.... :( I was found as a very very young puppy, with my siblings on the side of the road. No one knows where my mama is... unfortunately in the south LOTS of "people" would rather kill the product of unaltered female and male dogs than actually just get them spayed and neutered......... and very likely that is why we were left so carelessly on the side of a road at 2 weeks old.... just to die... Anyway, off my soapbox because so so many people and rescues in the south are working hard to overcome stupidity and do the right thing so it doesn't happen to other pups! I am a sweet and really gorgeous girl. My siblings and I looked very pittie and weimaraner size/temperament and personality wise. I have a gorgeous apricot colored coat with some blonde highlights (the kind you get at a fancy hairdresser :), mine were FREE :) I am now 3.6 yrs old and in my maturity I have stopped all the puppy antics- no chewing, barking, digging, peeing or pooping all over the place for me!! i am well mannered, will hang out with you while you work and then we can go for a walk or a run and then binge watch Masterchef (I LOVE ME some GORDON RAMSAY!!) until we get sleepy! That is my ideal day, so if you are down for hanging out with me all the time, fill out the adoption application and just give me happy and loving home please!! Local adoption fee is $300 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Hi, I'm McRib — also known as Bones — and I'm a striking 2-year-old silver Weimaraner-Blue Lacy mix with adventure in my DNA! I'm neutered, crate trained, and bursting with energy, so I need a home with plenty of space and an active family ready to exercise me several times a day. I'm great with kids (older kids are best for my spirited play style) and fantastic with other dogs, and my loyalty and affection mean I'll be your devoted companion through thick and thin. I'm smart, playful, and genuinely happy to be alive. A yard and active family will be great. Apartment living may not be for me unless you have the time and energy to keep up and keep me busy. Anderson is wondering if there is a fun loving pup who wants a best friend and pup brother? Anderson is an energetic, happy, loving 2 yr old hound mix (most likely with pointer) who loves to play with everyone he meets from dogs to people to everyone . Andersons biggest issue is that his hound instincts can take over and he can be a little bit of an escape artist. He doesnt go far, but he does love to follow his nose, so a secure tall fence would be ideal for him. Anderson would do best in a home with an active playmate, regular doggy day care or with a family who loves to jog or run with a pup to help him use all that young hound energy. Anderson is good at playing with himself and keeping himself busy as well, but is happiest when playing with other young dogs, big or small, in his foster home. Anderson is fully vetted, crated trained, mostly house trained (he may need some transition time due to change in schedule or housing) and does well with all dogs.
