I am a happy, low energy but very agile lad looking for an active family.  You can contact us directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com, or fill out an application at either https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HTX/Exotic/Other  Neka  is a 7 mos 41 lb Pointer/Terrier mix (we think....was a stray).   I am a semi  energetic happy lad that LOVES my people unconditionally and playing with dogs my size and that are low energy. I am house trained and crate trained, love dog beds and toys!I am very smart and know some commands.  I walk well on a leash, get in and out of cars, crate trained and like agility obstacles.   I will do best in a quiet home with another dog or no dog and where someone is always home.  Also need a house with a securely fenced yard.. No apartments! I do walk on leash but due to my muscle size I do need some leash walking polishing.   I will do best in a calm and active home with another dog or no dog. I would enjoy walks/hikes, outdoor outings and lots of companionship. Also need a house with a securely fenced yard.. No apartments! He is an energetic, shy but affectionate (once he gets to know you) and smart that likes other dogs and teen kids. He is a great  companion for an active family with a secure 6 ft fence, children over 12 years of age or active single person.  Catahoula experience is recommended.  He is an indoor dog.  He likes walks, car rides, toys. and dog beds.  He  will require daily walks and some dog training.  Will require 6 ft fence.
