Story
Meet Toffee (brindle) and Heath (white), a bonded pair of one-and-a-half-year-old Catahoula mix brothers with an unshakable connection. These two grew up side by side and have been inseparable ever since. Toffee is hearing-impaired and looks to Heath as his guide and emotional support, while Heath takes that role to heart, always looking out for his brother. Both boys are friendly and affectionate, though they can be a bit timid in new situations. Once they warm up, their personalities shine—Heath is the energetic social butterfly, always ready for playtime or a walk, and Toffee brings a gentle, calming presence with his sweet, soulful eyes. They love running and playing together, whether it’s chasing each other around the yard or stretching out in the grass for a good nap. Their bond makes them the perfect team—Heath gives Toffee confidence, and Toffee keeps Heath grounded. They’re looking for a home that will embrace their unique connection and give them both the love, patience, and space to thrive. With Toffee and Heath, you’re not just adopting dogs—you’re gaining a loyal duo that will fill your life with double the love and twice the tail wags. Story
Bugsy is a joyful little whippet with a big personality packed into his sleek, white coat. This smart and affectionate boy loves nothing more than being close to his people—whether he’s curled up for a cozy cuddle or showing off how quickly he can learn a new trick. When Bugsy isn’t snuggled up, you’ll usually find him sprinting across the yard or eagerly chasing after his favorite toy. Fetch is his absolute favorite game, and with his lightning-fast whippet legs, he’s always ready for “just one more throw.” Sweet, playful, and incredibly bright, Bugsy brings energy, laughter, and plenty of warm snuggles wherever he goes.

Story
Meet Sadie, a sweet 7 year old, 35 lb Whippet mix who is ready to be someone’s loyal shadow. She was sadly surrendered to the shelter due to her prior owner’s health. She’s a gentle, laid back girl who loves being close to her people, with short bursts of playful energy where she’ll zoom happily around the yard. She enjoys carrying a ball as she wanders around outside, walks beautifully on leash, and is an easy, relaxed passenger on car rides. At night, she sleeps soundly in bed and loves the comfort of being near her person. Sadie thrives on companionship, so she would do best with someone who is home most of the time. She thrives as the only pet and requires a cat-free home where she can soak up all the love and attention. She is currently in a home with multiple small dogs, but because she craves one-on-one attention from her humans, she would be best suited as an only dog or a home with fewer, low-key canine companions. If you’re looking for a loyal, mellow companion with a fun, playful streak, Sadie might be the perfect match. Her adoption fee is $165 and includes shots, spay, microchip, and has had the heartworm shot (She is currently heartworm positive. but already started on the slow kill treatment — included in her adoption fee, and should have a negative test result very soon). Meet Clyde! Clyde is a 2.5‑year‑old, 25‑pound Beagle/Whippet mix with the perfect blend of playful energy and sweet affection. He’s current on all vaccines, neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped. He’s also both potty trained and kennel trained, making him an easy addition to the right home. Clyde loves playing with other dogs, chasing squirrels in the yard, and entertaining himself with toys. He’s also a total people‑pleaser who enjoys attention from his person and happily soaks up affection. He gets along well with most dogs but does best with a proper introduction to new canine friends. Clyde ignores the resident cat in his foster home, so a feline roommate may be just fine. If you’re looking for a fun, loving companion with a goofy streak and a big heart, Clyde might be your perfect match. Submit an application today to meet this sweet boy. Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Story
Meet Nala – Ready for Her Fresh Start Meet Nala, a beautiful 4-year-old, 50-pound survivor who is ready to find the special person she can call her own. Nala's journey hasn't been easy. She came into rescue pregnant, heartworm positive, and carrying the weight of an uncertain past. Today, her puppies have all found loving homes, and Nala has completed heartworm treatment and received a clean bill of health. She is now spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Nala is kennel trained, potty trained, and settles quietly in her crate after a day of activity. She is a high-energy dog who loves to play hard and have fun, but she also appreciates having a safe space where she can relax and unwind. Because of her past experiences, Nala is very cautious when meeting new people and will need time to adjust to a new home and surroundings. She is not the type of dog who will instantly become everyone's best friend. Instead, she forms deep bonds slowly and meaningfully. Once she trusts you, Nala becomes incredibly loyal and devoted to her person. She would thrive with a patient owner who understands that trust takes time and is looking for a true companion. Nala does have some resource-guarding tendencies with food and toys, so she will need an adopter who can manage those behaviors appropriately. She previously lived in a foster home with cats and did well. If you're willing to give Nala the time, patience, and understanding she deserves, you'll gain a faithful friend who will love you with her whole heart. She is available for adoption in Texas only.
