Story
Archie - M/Neutered Jack Russel x white/tan 9 to 10 yrs. est. birthday 4/18/2014 and he is about 12 pounds. At this time we suspect that Archie is a wee bit hard of hearing.  His foster is starting to work with him on hand signals, light (flash) training for recall and adopters may want to continue his training work with a vibration collar.   He was pulled from an overcrowded shelter just in time. Archie is a sweet little guy with plenty of spunk left in him. He is easygoing and loves a good walk and dog bed. He loves to be around people as well. Archie is great on a leash, crate trained, house trained, and rides well in the car. Archie does exceptionally well around young children. His foster home was very impressed that their 4-year-old grandson was running around being a kid, and Archie didn’t bat an eye. Archie would be great in any home, with older dogs or on his own. Younger dogs that want to play probably wouldn’t be the best fit for this guy. A secure yard is a must due to his deafness and ability to recall. Put in an application at eapl.com  His adoption fee is $375  May 2, 2024, 4:31 pm
