Hello, My name is Six Seven. I'm 3 years old, wire-haired mix and I weigh about 50lbs. Don't let that weight full you. Most of it is heart. I'm just a big cuddle bug who loves ear and belly rubs. My new family had an established dog already. It didn't take long for us to begin playing and running around my foster family's backyard. They don't have any cats or young children. I'm not sure how I would react around them, but I think I would like them. I do get along well with my foster brother. We play a lot. Once I'm in a crate I don't make any noise. I tend to lay down and tap a nap. Plus, I am able to walk with a leash. Although sometimes it takes a doggie snack to help me focus. My house training is good to go and I like car rides too. I am looking for my forever family that loves me as much as my foster family does. Is that you?

He's a gentle, calm companion who has started seeking out love and attention from the humans around him. Watching him learn to trust and enjoy affection has been incredibly rewarding! Bubba has some great house manners! He's completely house trained, sleeps quietly in his crate at night, and is doing well walking on a leash. With his medium energy level, he enjoys getting out for walks but also appreciates downtime and a peaceful home environment. After so much time in a shelter, Bubba is still learning to feel secure in his own space, especially around mealtimes. He appreciates having his food and crate respected and would thrive as the only pet in a home where he doesn't have to share his space or resources with other animals. While he generally ignores other dogs on walks, he'll be happiest having his humans all to himself! A calm, predictable household with adults or older, dog-savvy children would be the best fit.
