This sweet girl just joined the Pets & Pals crew. The vet has given her an age of about 5 years old. She is a very nice little dog and weighs 13 pounds. She is already past the puppy stuff like digging and chewing, so she should make someone a good companion. She has been living in a home with other dogs, but not sure how she does with cats. Since she came in as a stray pup originally, we can't be sure about her house training, but she is certainly old enough to learn if need be. Meet the pretty little Gracie! She is a 1 ½ -year-old, 12 pound, Brussels Griffon / Yorkie mix ?. She has a golden colored, easy care, scruffy, coat with hints of brindle and warm brown eyes. Gracie was adopted from AFC with Casper (also available: if you would like a pair) and they were returned due to their adopter’s health problems. She is adorable and will melt your heart with her loving gaze. She is on a little on the shy side and will need a little patience to blossom. Gracie is an absolute LAP DOG! She would love a home that includes her in all their daily activities. She can climb so a properly fenced secure yard is a necessity. She is leash trained. She does well with going outside to potty and she is used to a good routine. Here at the sanctuary, we use the command “go potty” before taking the dogs out to do their business. Gracie is happy to comply and keeps her kennel clean. Gracie would be a great addition to an adult home though she is great with teenagers. She is spayed, microchipped and currently vaccinated. Say hello to our darling Daphne. She is about 2 years old and weighs in at 9 pounds. She is a Pretty, cream and apricot, Yorkie/ Papillon/ Shih Tzu ? Mix. Those ears will keep you chuckling, she is ready to be the mascot for next Easter. She has a twinkle in her eyes that will melt your heart! She requires a family home where someone is with her most of the time. She does not like to be left alone. If you are looking for a companion that will give you lots off love then this girl is for you! She really LOVES to cuddle her human and would love to spend quality time hanging out on the couch, watching TV or napping. She loves to sit in your lap but will also lay quietly by while you work. **Meet Millie Rose this Saturday, April 27h from 10 to 1:00 at Dublin Petsmart West, 6960 Amador Plaza Rd.** Millie Rose is a lap dog and loves to be held and to get belly rubs. She wants to be near you at all times. She signals when she wants to go outside by getting hold of her leash and she walks well on a leash. She rarely barks and does not yap. She is a very sweet and cute, little dog who is quite smart too! She is doing wonderfully in her foster home. She is house trained and rides quietly in the car in her crate. Millie Rose is highly motivated to work for food and is currently working on commands: sit; stay; wait; leave it; hurry, better go now (for potty on command); down; and get dressed (sit still to put on harness to go out).
