Beautiful Nikki captures the heart of every person that comes into the sanctuary! Nikki is a truly adorable and loving 1-year-old Maltese/Yorkie mix, weighing just 6.5 pounds. Her beautiful gold and white coat and sweet personality make her a heart-melting companion. She’s a cuddle bug who loves to snuggle 24/7 and is a true people dog, thriving as an only pet. Nikki may need some leash training, but her small size makes her perfect for carrying in a tote or stroller. She’s working on house training, using potty pads at the sanctuary, and responds well to commands like "go potty" when outside with other dogs. Due to her tiny size, she should not be left outside alone. She’ll require regular professional grooming to keep her looking her best.
