OLIVER is happy 5 year old youngster who weighs 14 pounds and runs around playing with toys when he is not playing with the other foster dogs. Completely obedient and a routine type of guy. He knows to get in his crate when it is time to eat or if I am leaving home. Totally crate trained although he knocks his food bowl over just because it is sitting on his bed that he loves to stretch out on and enjoy his nap time! He has no food or toy aggression, I only feed him in his crate because there are several dogs and it is easier in the foster home that way. OLIVER was owner surrendered by a lady who just decided that she did not want to have dogs any longer. He was a bit confused when he got here and it took him about 3 days to adjust to his new environment. Now he runs and plays and goes outside to potty with all of the dogs. He loves treats and I am guilty of giving him table food (chicken) but nothing too harsh for his belly. This boy walks very well on a leash and rides in the car without getting sick. Micah is a yorkie/min pin/chi around 3 .5 yr old and about 10 lbs.  He came from same home as Peter aka Pedro is a  2.5 yr old male Terrier (maybe some rat terrier....who knows) about 12 lb but it is hard to adopt out bonded pairs.  So, Micah needs to be placed probably in an active retired couple home with Yorkie experience and with another small dog .  He is semi energetic that likes the company of another small dog and loves his dog beds.    He is in a foster home with lots of  Chi foster brothers/sisters. He love dog beds, doggie blankets, dog harnesses and toys.  He acts grouchy, but it is all for show.  Once you pick him up and carry him around he is okay.. Are great companion for active retirees with a securely fenced yard that like small dogs..    He  should be okay with small dog polite children (over 12 yrs of age) but better with no children.  Small dog experience is recommended. Story
Dude is 3 years old. My family and I adopted him from Tacoma, WA. I spent the most time with him, so when I moved out of the house I noticed my family wasn’t approaching his emotional and social needs correctly. He’s an energetic dog who likes to run around outside (needs to be on leash or in fenced area). When I lived at home he would poop outside, but when I left my family trained him to poop inside on a mat. He can be retrained to do either. He has not been neutered, so he marks his territory often. Outside potty time is not enough for him, so we have doggy diapers for him so he does not ruin furniture or packages, and also pads he uses. I am looking for a household that currently has no pets, with a fenced yard or someone with a consistent walking plan for him, and patient humans that will be kind to him as he adjusts to a new home. Dude can get very anxious around new people, so he’ll need time to warm up. He is trained to sit, and to go to his crate when we say goodnight.

This special little guy is RYAN. He is a 1 year old, 12 pound Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu mix who is simply a loyal lover. He is looking for someone to return his love. RYAN gets along with other dogs. I do not have cats so I am not sure how he would do in a cat home. RYAN was found in a very rural area with GROVER, a 1 year old male Chihuahua. They are best buds but they do not need to be adopted together. It would be nice but not necessary. He is not a barker and does not have an aggressive bone in his body. He was a hot mess of long matted hair when found but he was a true trouper while being groomed. He allowed the groomer to handle him and make him look gorgeous and feel better.
