Meet Moose Moose is everything you would hope for in a Great Pyrenees. He is calm, gentle with children, deeply aware of his surroundings, and incredibly loyal to the people who care for him. He carries himself with that classic guardian presence, observant, thoughtful, and quietly devoted. At under a year old and already around 85 pounds, Moose is still growing into himself. While we do not know much about his life before arriving with his foster family, what is clear is his huge capacity for love and connection. He is a quick learner who enjoys picking up new routines, and he is just as content relaxing at your feet as he is exploring the outdoors. Like many young Great Pyrenees, Moose will benefit from continued guidance as he matures. He would do best in a home with a fully fenced outdoor space and with people who understand, or are open to learning, how to guide a confident puppy. He will also need thoughtful introductions and structure when interacting with other strong, spirited dogs. With consistency and the right environment, Moose has all the makings of an exceptional companion. He offers that rare balance of gentle giant and natural protector, equally suited to being a devoted family dog or, with the right setup, a working partner on a farm or ranch. If you are looking for a loyal, steady presence and a dog who will truly bond with his people, Moose may be the perfect fit.
