You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Why not me? Yes, I am a little bit older but that doesn’t stop me from being a great walking/hiking buddy. I love attention from people. I like kids and bigger dogs as buddies. In fact, I would like another dog, loveable like me in my new home. Have I told you that I am very smart and know several commands plus I’m handsome and have a short coat for easy grooming. I love to be brushed and, of course, I love treats of all kinds. You see I am almost perfect, I just don’t like cats or small dogs much. I want a FURever home so bad, maybe with a retired couple who will have the time to just love me and give me lots of attention. Please come to the rescue to meet me and take me home!!!!   A BIG 6 FOOT FENCED YARD/PROPERTY FOR HIM TO RUN AROUND AND PATROL IS A MUST!!!!!! Story
Charlie is a typical Akbash/Pyr mix, who is head strong and protective of his person. He is fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped. Charlie does well with the smaller dogs in the current foster home, though seems unsure of large dogs. He very much enjoys "working"...having something to do. Though we do not allow him to be an outdoor dog, he very much enjoys his time in the yard/sun. Charlie loves going for walks, but is often scared of other unknown big dogs. He is great with the cats in the current foster home, and absolutely LOVES men!!! ****Charlie is currently in foster care in DFW, so transport would need to be arranged!**** If interested in Charlie, please fill out our foster or adoption application online: www.salvagedsoulspetrescue.org.

Story
Rylee is a sweet really big boy looking to finally find his forever home. He will be your best friend! Please - someone who loves big dogs give him a chance. He is a 3 year old playful guy - he loves walks and toys and will fetch a ball all day long or lay down next to you. Rylee just wants to be with his humans and will follow you everywhere. He grew up with kids, but is such a large boy it might be best if kids are grade school age. I have walked this sweet boy off leash - he is smart, follows commands and is protective of his people. He currently lives with another big dog, and gets along with cats. He just needs someone who is going to love him forever. Please contact me if you are that person. This dog has a found a very special place in my heart, and I am trying everything I can to to find him the good home he deserves. Thank you!!
