I love attention from people. I like kids and bigger dogs as buddies. In fact, I would like another dog, loveable like me in my new home. Have I told you that I am very smart and know several commands plus I’m handsome and have a short coat for easy grooming. I love to be brushed and, of course, I love treats of all kinds. You see I am almost perfect, I just don’t like cats or small dogs much. I want a FURever home so bad, maybe with a retired couple who will have the time to just love me and give me lots of attention. Please come to the rescue to meet me and take me home!!!!   A BIG 6 FOOT FENCED YARD/PROPERTY FOR HIM TO RUN AROUND AND PATROL IS A MUST!!!!!! Story
Charlie is a typical Akbash/Pyr mix, who is head strong and protective of his person. He is fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped. Charlie does well with the smaller dogs in the current foster home, though seems unsure of large dogs. He very much enjoys "working"...having something to do. Though we do not allow him to be an outdoor dog, he very much enjoys his time in the yard/sun. Charlie loves going for walks, but is often scared of other unknown big dogs. He is great with the cats in the current foster home, and absolutely LOVES men!!! ****Charlie is currently in foster care in DFW, so transport would need to be arranged!**** If interested in Charlie, please fill out our foster or adoption application online: www.salvagedsoulspetrescue.org.

A.P. is a great boy that was surrendered to us when is previous owner went to jail. He loves to play, and is a very gentle soul. He is crate and potty trained. A.P. is great with other dogs...not sure about cats! A.P will be available at PetSmart in Castle Rock this Saturday, 12/6, from 11-3.
