Meet Happi! - A 2-month old great pyrenees and coonhound mix wanting to bring fun and sass into your life! Happi is a sweet girl who looks like a sleepy hound dog on the outside, but has spunk and sass on the inside. She is soft and sweet when she wants to be, but isn’t afraid to play rough with the boys. She is confident and likes to boss her siblings around during play. Her favorite pass time is sniffing around the yard to find new smells. This large litter of 9 puppies were brought to a rescue as their mom had gotten sick and was unable to nurse her puppies. The puppies were only a couple of days old, and not every rescue is equipped to care for neonates. BTBB exists for this very reason, and that day we were able to save 9 beautiful lives that are growing fast and ready to live their lives with their forever family. We expect these pups to be in the large dog category (at least 50 lbs). Happi is a great mix of snuggle time and puppy energy. She has gotten good at taking cues from her large adult foster siblings, and knows to trust humans for guidance. She has already almost mastered potty training, and knows when her meal times are. She can be a shadow sometimes, but a toy is an easy distraction for her to do her own thing. She is still young, so not done much training with obedience or leash walking. We don’t expect her to take long to pick it up though. Happi would be amazing in any family looking for the adventure of raising a puppy. She has energy to let loose and snuggles and kisses to give after. As long as you are willing to have fun and expect lots of laughs on the journey, Happi would love to be in your home!
