Story
Lucy was 1 of 6 puppies from a stray Husky in my grandmother’s neighborhood. She appears to be part Great Pyrenees. We took her in to foster her when she was 3 months. She is now 14 months. She is very sweet and cuddly. She will rub up against you when walking by like a cat. She plays well with every dog she meets. We have four kids and she is so good with them. Lucy does shed quite a bit. She needs a home that is ok with that. She is crate trained, but prefers to be where her people are. She can be very vocal in her kennel when lonely. We adore her, but unfortunately have a very busy life that doesn’t provide her the activity and attention she deserves. She would do best in a home that would allow her to run and play more. A current dog in the home that likes to play would be great too. She is still a pup at heart and has a lot of energy. She knows how to just lay around and sleep with her tongue out too though. She will be an amazing companion for her future family!

Story
We found Aroura alone, scared, and sitting by the side of the road. We couldn't just drive by. We pulled over, opened the door, and she came running into our arms like she had been waiting for us all along. She a Great Pyrenees and Golden Retriever mix gentle, protective, and overflowing with affection. She's the kind of soul that leans into you for hugs, looks into your eyes like she understands everything you're feeling, and follows you around just to be close. We never thought we be in a position to have to rehome her, but our small one-bedroom apartment is simply too tiny for a big girl like Aroura. She deserves room to stretch out, to roam, and to thrive and more than anything, she deserves a family who can give her the space and life she was meant for. It absolutely breaks our hearts to let her go, but we know the right family is out there, someone who will see what we saw the day when we found her.
