Hi! We adopted Indie from Fulton County animal shelter after our friends found her roaming around downtown Atlanta on the Fourth of July hence the name Indie short for Independence Day She has been our family dog, guard dog, and snuggle pup. We have 3 kiddos including a newborn and she is so good with them. Unfortunately we sold our home and moved into a rental that is not suitable for her needs. She is used to a fenced in backyard with room to run and play and the only suitable rental we could find doesnt have that. Also, with our newborn, she isnt getting the time and attention she deserves or is used to. She is amazing with kids, other dogs, and cats. She loves outside, hikes, playing, snuggling. She is gentle and calm and loves laying in the sun. She is never shown any signs of being aggressive or overhyped. She is protective over her family and barks when someone comes to the door or when she hears a strange noise. She loves being by your side and hates being alone

    Hi hoomans, my name is Doli, and I'm in the prime of my life at about 9 years old.  Everyone comments on my sky blue eyes and thick husky-type hair that is every shade of gold you can imagine. My tail is like a fox's - thick, long, and curly. At 50 lbs, I am a fit and healthy girl  I am very chill and quiet. That doesn't mean I don't get excited because I do! When the "hoomans" come home, I do a fun little wiggle dance to welcome them! I would be a great fit for a shared wall situation (i.e., like an apartment of townhome) since I rarely bark. I LOVE being outside and like going on walks and car rides. When I am inside, I have the very "bestest "manners. I like the security of my crate, but I don't need to be locked in. I sleep in my crate, on the floor, or in the master walk-in closet that I think is my den. I wouldn't dream of chewing up anything. Well, maybe I would DREAM it but wouldn't DO it! I am shy around new people but warm up quickly and have adjusted fine in my foster home. I am not a fan of other animals, but if I see them out, I ignore them and hope they go away!  Hope to meet you soon!     Hi I’m Pol Roger, but you can call me, Paul, like my foster parents do. I am a fantastic little guy. I am about six months old. so I am past all that baby puppy chewing stuff. I am a husky lab mix. I may have more lab than husky because one of my favorite things to do is swim! I’m super good at it also. Foster mom says I look graceful when I swim. I’m not sure how big I’m going to get, I have very long legs and a long tail, but I’m only about 30 pounds. I do great with other dogs, kids and cats. I’m just one of those all-around good nature type of guys. So not only am I winning in the personality department. I’m also incredibly good looking. Sometimes pictures don’t do me justice, but I have beautiful sable eyes that can pierce your heart. I am mostly black, but I’ve got a few little patches of tan and a tiny tiny little wisp of white on my head, chest  and the tip of my tail. I am almost potty trained.  I just love running around, swimming and lounging outside. I sleep quietly in my crate.
