Meet Hugo! Hugo is a 6-month-old, 39-lb Akita who loves hanging out with his people and loves to play with balls and water. He is a big baby but surprisingly calm for a puppy. He loves to lounge around with his humans. He is working on learning new commands and proper puppy behavior in the house. He loves to go for rides in the car and uses good behavior while out about with new people. He also loves a frozen kong with treats and peanut butter and any ball toy! If you're looking for a big fur baby that is fun to play with and can get out a walk with you but also loves to lay at your feet and relax Hugo would be a great dog for you. Hugo is currently being fostered in the Mason, OH area. His adoption fee is $300.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This beauty is Sasha. Sasha was left behind at a hotel in San Antonio.  Her family had been a guest and decided to leave her behind when they left.  Lucky for her, the hotel called our vet and asked for help.  This beauty is very smart and active.  She  needs a family that is going to keep her busy.  This breed has to have a job to be happy.  Are you looking for a walking or running buddy?   Do you think you would like to enter working dog classes in your spare time?  If so, this is your girl. She needs an active  family to walk with, play with in the back yard, and run around chasing toys. Sasha is about 2 years old, 58 pounds and $300 to adopt. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $250. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations. Rehoming Reason With my work hours, she’s alone too much. Daycare isn’t an option for us right now, and as much as I love her, this routine just isn’t fair to her. Open to a day trial Cara is honestly one of the best dogs I’ve ever had, so finding the right home is super important to me. To make sure she’ll be a good fit for your family, I’m open to a trial day or two. A little about Cara: - 2 years old, ~50 lbs - Healthy, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines - Great with people and kids - a little shy at first but warms up quickly - Would do best as the only dog in the home - Fine with cats - Well trained (completed PetSmart advanced training), super smart, loyal, and still has a big puppy personality - Loves hiking, fetch, and puzzle toys - Athletic and has lots of energy to play outside, but also chill at home I can answer any other questions you might have. I really just want to find Cara a safe, loving home where she’ll be happy.
