Story
Bindi was rescued in Georgia after being on the run for quite some time. She is a sweet, older girl who would do best in a quiet, older home. She enjoys napping, basking in the sun and rolling around in the grass. She is anxious and we feel our home environment is making her golden years miserable. She enjoys slow moving homes where she can loaf around and be loved on. We are rehoming at no fault of her, but rather due to our home environment changing and it stressing her out significantly. We have tried medication to no avail and feel it's not fair to suppress her sweetness with even more anxiety medication due to a loud, busy home. She would be the perfect candidate for a senior person/couple who wants companionship without the underfoot-must take for a walk-noisy dog.

Dakota is a handsome name, kind of a "rugged" kind of name, right?? I am kind of a REFINED RUGGED kind of boy! NOT!! I am a snuggle bug looking for tummy scratches....I willl MELT for one!! Here is what one of our amazing fosters have to say about Dakota...."Super freaking sweet, loves loves belly rubs, is very strong when you walk him but listens well. VERY treat motivated and knows sit down paw and i just taught him roll over yesterday but its a work in progress 😝. Super playful, he will pounce around you and then roll over for belly rubs and absolutely melts for the belly rubs and kisses" I love playing and running with my doggy friends, however, I can lay at your feet very sweetly to beg for your attention. I am kind of like a "reverse" planter as well. I mean, you plant it and i will un-plant it for you :D I won't do it often, just when I want your attention and I am outside alone. So see?? you have great control over that urge! So I am a food and toy lover too, I eat out of a slow feeder bowl because wolfing down my food is not an option! I am learning all things toys and am actually learning how to bring the ball BACK after you throw it. I am a smart and very sweet boy. I do absolutely have a prey drive so no kitties for small furry mammals around me please. I am fully potty trained and great in a crate. Now i just need you to adopt me to complete my circle of life. Now, before you go all "Lion King" on me, just know that I will be your bestest buddy forever!! I am two VERY loyal breeds and once I know you are my family, you will have my unending love :) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
It’s with a very heavy heart that I have to do this but I need to rehome my sweet girl, Roxie. My ex was home with her all the time so she got plenty of love and attention. Now that I am a single dog mom and she is alone for 10 hours a day while I am at work. As a German shepherd/husky mix, she needs a lot of activity and I can’t give her what she needs. She is very well behaved and I love her but I have to do what’s right for her and not be selfish. She deserves to be with someone who can give her all the play time and love she can get. She has been showing signs of depression and anxiety and it breaks my heart. I have a wooden crate that is super nice, some food, and all her favorite Toys, harness, leash, the works. So whoever takes her will be set up with everything they need. If you are anyone you know is interested please have them reach out to me. I want her to have a good home so I will ensure that it’s the right fit.
