Meet Sweetie!AKA Presley is a bright, energetic, and athletic young dog who’s ready to bring fun and excitement to an active forever home. She’s incredibly smart—she’s already mastered every puzzle toy she’s been given, yet still lights up with excitement when she sees them. Sweetie is housebroken and walks well on a leash, though she could benefit from some continued training, especially with recall. Luckily, she’s a quick learner and highly responsive to direction, making her a great candidate for obedience classes or agility training. She thrives on activity and would do best in a home that can offer her plenty of daily mental and physical stimulation. Apartment living isn’t the right fit for Sweetie due to her energy needs—she’d love a yard or easy access to outdoor adventures. Sweetie’s favorite activities include going for walks, chasing squirrels in the backyard, and making friends (both canine and human!) at the dog park. She's very dog-friendly and loves socializing. She’s not overly vocal but will bark to alert you when someone’s at the door or when she needs to go outside. Sweetie has brought endless joy and laughter to her foster home, and now she’s ready to do the same for her forever family. Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS.
