💜 Come meet me at our Adoption Event at Forgotten Star Brewing in Fridley on Saturday, 2/14 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm! 💚 Age: DOB 6/02/2025 Dog friendly: Yes Kid friendly: Yes Potty Trained: Yes Crate Trained: Yes Meet Faber: your energetic rookie with first-line potential 🏒 Faber is a smart young pup who’s ready to skate her way into the right home. She’s crate trained, sleeps through the night in her kennel, and does great with daytime crate breaks too (up to 6 hours currently). She’s also potty trained and happily handles business in the yard. She listens when you tell her “go potty”. This girl is a quick learner. She already knows sit, down, and touch, which is where she touches her nose to your hand and can be used for recall. She's currently learning leave it and doing well. Training sessions are one of her favorite ways to burn energy and bond with her people. Her other favorite way is a walk of any length. Faber brings rookie enthusiasm to everything she does. She loves fetch, enjoys snuggle time once she settles, and wants to be involved in whatever her humans are up to. Like many young athletes, she’s still building her off-switch and does best with clear routines, structure, and regular mental and physical outlets. Her current stats: 🏒 Crate trained (night and day) 🏒 Potty trained 🏒 Knows sit, down, touch — working on leave it 🏒 Smart, food-motivated, and eager to learn 🏒 Energetic with a sweet, cuddly side once she’s had her activity Faber is looking for a home that appreciates a spirited young player. She'd love someone who’s ready to invest time in training, provide structure, and help her grow into the amazing teammate she’s meant to be. If you’re searching for a loyal companion with hustle, heart, and plenty of personality, Faber might be your MVP.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Bear is a local dog looking for a foster home to come into rescue! Bear is a 2-year-old, 65 lb neutered Siberian Husky with striking looks and a sweet personality. Both of his parents are Siberian Huskies, and his dad carries the agouti wooly gene — which gives Bear a unique coat texture and a distinctive, slightly fuller look than your typical husky. Add in one blue eye and one brown eye, and he’s truly a standout. Beyond his looks, Bear is a well-rounded young dog. He’s house trained, kennel trained, and knows basic commands. He’s used to being crated and settles well. He’s also fantastic with kids and has a gentle, affectionate side — he loves climbing into your lap for pets and attention. As you’d expect from a husky, Bear loves the snow and being outdoors. He enjoys playtime and does well with medium and larger dogs. He hasn’t been around small dogs, so that would need thoughtful introductions. He does chase cats, though he has never hurt one — because of that instinct, a cat-free home would likely be the best fit. Bear is still working on leash manners and recall, so a securely fenced yard is a must to help him safely burn off energy and continue training. He’s vocal when lonely in his crate or when he’s outside playing and excited, but he doesn’t do the classic husky howl. Bear would thrive with an active home that understands the husky breed and can provide structure, exercise, and continued training. In return, you’ll get a loyal, affectionate, and incredibly handsome companion who’s just as happy playing in the snow as he is curled up in your lap. Age: 8 months Weight: 34 lbs Estimated DOB: 5/29/2025 Dog friendly: Yes Cat friendly: Yes Kid friendly: Yes Crate Trained: Yes Potty Trained: Yes Needs a companion dog Hi! I’m Mont Blanc, but my friends call me Monty 💙 I’m a cool, handsome guy with the bluest eyes you’ve ever seen and a heart that belongs to my people. I love exploring, playing with toys, and curling up next to you on the couch when the day is done. I’m a bit selective with strangers at first, but once you’re family, you’ve got my whole heart. I enjoy running around the big yard with my three large dog buddies, and at night you’ll usually find me sleeping in bed with my favorite teenager (it’s the best spot, obviously). I’m potty trained and do great with routine. My brother and I started life in Missouri, where things got pretty rough. We were dumped and ended up in “puppy jail,” feeling pretty sick from parasites and neglect. Thankfully, a kind human stepped in, got us all fixed up, and gave us our freedom ride to Minnesota. Now I’m healthy, happy, and living the good life—just missing one thing: my forever family. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate boy with movie-star looks and a gentle soul, I might just be your man. 🐾💙 Adoption fee: $595

He is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. His adoption fee is only the cost of transport. Story
This is a sweet boy dumped in a random neighborhood. He is a little shy but is friendly. He has not growled, snarled or shown any anger to strangers. Not sure if he is house trained but can learn. He loves to play, run around a yard and just have some fun. He has done well on some walks and loves the freedom to be outside. A routine is best for him to adapt and flourish in a new home. Story
Hi! I'm Polar Vortex.  I am a lovable, stubborn, energetic pup around 3-4 years old! True I am a big puppy and I need lots of guidance and training to ensure that I am set up for success in my life. Where I am staying currently there are no toys, human food or treats allowed as I haven't fully learned how to share. I love playing with the resident dogs. Speaking of the resident dogs I am with, I LOVE PLAYING ROUGH with them. I love to raise my big strong paw and give a smack to get the wrestling match started! I am a stereotypical Malamute in that respect. My foster mom says that it comes with Malamute territory and with being a puppy. I know how to kennel up, and I have been allowed to free roam when the humans leave. I didn’t cause trouble either way while the humans were away. I do eat my meals in the kennel so I can eat in peace, again not a fan of sharing... yet. I am a very smart, yet stubborn. I do not care for car rides at the moment. I will get into the car if and when I choose. My foster mommy is working on enticing me with treats to get into the car. I will admit, it is starting to work. I am still a puppy who wants to play. I am eager to learn the skills though and once I have them my foster mom says I will be a wonderful companion. Ooooh, and I almost forgot, I take treats very nice, you hardly know I am grabbing the treat from your hand. I am almost fully potty trained! My foster mommy also calls me her “little” velcro puppy. I want to make sure she is still home so I follow her everywhere. I really like sleeping with her at night on the big soft bed. She finds it funny that I currently don’t jump onto the couches, but I have no issue sleeping on the big soft bed with her at night. Who knows, maybe I will surprise everyone and start jumping onto the couches as I now understand the pleasures of sleeping on a human bed.  Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:  $475.00Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 13, 2025, 7:22 pm
