He is kennel and potty trained. Also leash trained professionally. He is a good dog but has started resource guarding. I believe he needs someone with a yard he can run in and possibly more training for the resource gaurding.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Sasha – Small, Mighty, and Full of Personality!    Looking for a loyal companion who will be your ride-or-die best friend? Meet Sasha – a 45-pound bulldog mix with a big personality packed into a sturdy, compact frame. She’s looking for a very special home that will understand and appreciate her strong bulldog spirit.  Sasha’s Story & Personality  Sasha is a one-of-a-kind gal with a big heart—and big opinions. She’s selective about her people and her dog friends, and she doesn’t hand out her trust to just anyone. She prefers women and can be wary of men at first, but with patience and time, she can warm up once she feels safe. That said, she is not the kind of dog who wants to meet all your guests — she needs a home where people understand that not every pup enjoys being approached right away.   She’s a vocal little bully, known for making the signature bulldog “yelp-grumble” when she wants attention, wants to go outside, or is just announcing her presence. It’s not exactly a bark—it’s more of a quirky bulldog noise that will make you smile if you’ve heard it before.   Sasha is food-motivated, potty trained, and loves a good walk around the block. She enjoys a routine, quiet environment where she can feel in control of her space and bond deeply with her people.  Sasha’s Ideal Home  Because of her selectiveness and sensitivity to new people, Sasha would do best in:  A female-only home  An adult-only environment with no children A home with no other pets, where she can be the queen of the castle A low-traffic household with few visitors or guests    She’s not the right fit for someone looking for a social dog who wants to greet the whole neighborhood—but she’s absolutely perfect for someone who wants a loyal companion, a walking buddy, and a goofy, vocal, loving best friend.  The Right Person for Sasha  Sasha is looking for a confident, patient, and understanding adopter who sees her for who she is—a strong-willed, loving dog who just needs the right environment to shine. Once she trusts you, her loyalty is unshakable.   If you’re a bulldog lover or a fan of the “underdogs,” Sasha might be your perfect match. Come meet her and see if your home is the forever home she’s been waiting for.    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 21, 2026, 4:43 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.***IN TRAINING TILL MID JULY***Pet Rescue By Judy has teamed up with an incredible program called the Greyhound Advancement Center which will allow some of our dogs to attend a ten-week prison training program. The program originally started to help retired racing greyhounds learn how to “dog”.Greyhound racing is now illegal in our state, but the program worked so well that they decided to open up to other rescues and accept different breeds. Each dog is teamed up with an inmate who is in their dog training program. This program allows inmates to gain an important skill that they can bring with them when they are released. The head trainers are the best of the best and we are sure that these dogs are going to come out of this program with all kinds of tricks up their little doggy sleeves. Our dogs are so blessed to be able to learn important obedience training to help with their confidence and make them awesome additions to a family. We cannot thank Greyhound Advancement Center enough for giving these dogs a leg up on getting into their forever home!Ralph is a gentle, sweet-natured boy who is still building his confidence and learning to feel safe in the world around him. While he may not be as outgoing as his brother, Ralph shines in his own quiet way—especially when he has a patient and understanding person by his side.   He follows direction very well and is eager to please, especially when food is involved—this makes him a great candidate for continued positive reinforcement training. With a little time, consistency, and encouragement, Ralph will continue to blossom and come out of his shell.   Ralph has a calm, relaxed side that truly comes out once he’s comfortable. He absolutely loves curling up in a big, cozy bed and settling in for some quiet downtime.   On walks, Ralph is learning his manners and will need some guidance—he has shown interest in things like cat droppings, so continued training will help teach him what’s appropriate. With his willingness to learn, he’s sure to make great progress.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 21, 2026, 4:43 pm

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Meet Frankie, a 3-year-old, 56-lb., one of a kind bulldog who is full of love and absolutely adores anyone he comes into contact with. This meatball is eager to please and will gladly run around with you, or simply just snooze. He curiously checks out what everyone is up to and is happy to be any part of it, whether it be fast paced, or super chill. He can be excited to play after naps or family returning home, but quickly calms and basks in your presence. Frankie gets along great with other dogs - from low and to high energy - as well as cats. He is so good that he just watches the rescue pig and chickens from his side of the gate. While he's content just napping next to kitties and even sharing a water bowl with them, he can also be excitable when the kitties show off their zoomies, yet is respectful of commands - as well as the kitties' attempts at letting him know when they aren't interested, he even lets the outside/barn kitties rub back and forth and nudge him. He has not been around kids during his time with us, but with his good nature we suspect he would be fine, and we would be happy to do a premeet if the home has young kids. This low rider good boy shows a great amount of comfort in pleasing his people. He is 100% house trained and appreciates a decent potty routine. He sleeps peacefully through the night (with the exception of when the kitties midnight shenanigans startle him lol). He's patient, sits on verbal command, as well as visual/hand signal commands, shakes paw, goes outside when offered and returns when called. Frankie loves playing and throwing around his favorite toys in the yard - any ball he can grab with his mouth, as well as just soaking up the sun and watching the wildlife. He would do best with a fenced yard that allows him the joys of that freedom. He also loves long walks and is great on a leash, looks forward to peaceful rides in the car - with a little help getting in and out due to his shorty legs, and all around enjoys just hanging out while he steeps in all of the love, attention and household comforts. The joy Frankie brings everywhere he goes and to everyone he meets is so great and he strives every day to be the best boy he can be! Frankie came to Lil Rascals after he was taken to the shelter where he faced euthanasia due to medical reasons. He was found tied up and abandoned by his owner at an apartment complex. He had a urethral prolapse, which was corrected by our vet with immediate surgery. He had double ear infections and crudely cropped and thickened ear flaps. He was found to be heartworm positive and is on the slow kill protocol, which we can explain that process to any interested applicant. He can enjoy regular activities. Heart worm disease is contracted from an infected mosquito and can not be transmitted to another dog. But even with all of the neglect this sweet boy has endured, he is still just the best boy and deserves a lifetime of love, commitment and comfort. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and believe you have the perfect home for Frankie, complete an app and tell us more about your family.July 21, 2026, 6:53 pm
