Hello, I am Tucker! I am about 2 years old and weigh 73 pounds. I am a cool shy but friendly dude. With me being shy it will take me minute to warm up to new people. After I warm up, I am a friendly boy. I did come in with another dog friend, so I might have potential of being dog friendly. Just make sure you do a slow proper introduction with me with other animals. I have not met cats or kids yet, but I`m sure with the right introduction we will figure things out quickly. Please always remember that slow proper introductions are always best to set me up for success. Please come on in and meet me today!

Story
Where do we start with Joey?! Joey is simply everything good in a dog. His #1 priority in life: people. He loves people more than any dog we’ve ever been around. He wants your attention at all times without being annoying, loves to be pet and will push your hand when you stop and is obsessed with snuggling. Second to people, this boy loves his toys. He loves if you play with him or he’ll adorably throw his toys in the air to play all by himself if you’re not available. Joey also LOVES walks although he thinks he can go further than his body might allow. As soon as he sees the leash come out he jumps up and down with excitement. We think Joey is anywhere from 8-10 years old. He is roughly 80 pounds. He may be a senior but he’s got SO much life in him. His personality shines through in every way. Which says a lot because you can tell he has been through a lot. He has signs of a prior injury to his left ear, random scars and came to us very very skinny. He makes progress every day though and you’d never know that people let him down because he loves them so much. While certainly not a deal breaker, we think Joey may do best being the only dog in the home. He has been getting along with our dog but his love for people has him resource guarding us every now and then (gets a little tense when he has to share attention with our dog). He’s indifferent to our dog in terms of having any interest in playing/interacting. He doesn’t really pay attention to him at all and isn’t reactive to other dogs on walks at all- all he cares about is his people!! He’s truly a PERFECT companion dog and just craves love. He’s the happiest, goofiest boy. Cherry on top? He is SO well behaved- he listens like a champ, is great on a leash, not people or animal reactive, knows sit, down, shake and more. He isn’t crazy about crates but he is fine with a dog bed left out, he’s completely housebroken. There’s so much more we could say about Joey but he has our heart and we know he whoever gets him will be so lucky. The only thing more rewarding than saving a senior dog is saving a senior dog that craves love like Joey. He will spend every day thanking you.

Story
Creed is a wild, crazy boy. He is a year and a half old and close to 70 pounds. Creed is a big boy and he has a lot of energy. He also loves to be the center of attention. He is working very hard on his training with his foster mom and is slowly but surely learning what "no" means. He is also close to perfecting "down." One unique thing about Creed is that he loves shoes. He is always so proud of himself when he brings them to the living room to show off to his foster mom. While he is a big, energetic dog he also has a soft side and finds comfort in sucking on his blanket. Creed likes to play but he is too rough and very defensive. He plays outside in a fenced area with his foster sibling, but he does have to be rotated in the house, so we think Creed would do best as the only dog in the home. Creed is looking to be someone's only and forever furbaby - he checks all the boxes for the best boy ever, who needs a sibling?! If Creed sounds like the right dog for you, inquire today!

Story
Hi! My name is Jolina. Before I got rescued by Lucci's, I was at the big scary city shelter, terrified of people. I don't really know how I got there, some ladies put some food in a box and the next thing I knew, I couldn't get out! People had reported seeing me run around for 2 weeks with my front leg hurting. Once I got to the shelter the doctor there said my leg was a healed break. I found it hard to make friends at the shelter, but my foster mom took me under her wing, and worked on socializing me. I have turned out to love her! I turn to her for confidence when I'm not sure about something. As you can see from my photo, I have the best smile! I am a spayed female, approximately 2 years old, weigh 34lbs and love going on walks around my neighborhood and coming back home to a frozen peanut butter kong. I am dog and cat friendly! I prefer a dog who isn't super playful and will leave my toys alone. I don't really like to share, though my foster mom tells me sharing is caring… I am mostly housebroken, but sometimes I do have accidents overnight so my foster mom leaves potty pads down & I do use those! I have not met any kids yet, but I don't think young kids would be my cup of tea. They're very loud and move too fast, but older teenagers who respect my space will do just fine. I do have stranger danger, and like to protect my person. Men are also pretty scary. The most important thing to know about me is that once I feel safe around you, you have my complete trust. I will love you forever!

Story
I'll let you in on a little secret. Despite what my name might imply, I actually am a little afraid of ghosts. I don't like to believe in supernatural beings, but I know that they are probably out there. I like to stay near my humans to know that I will always be protected, safe and loved. But there's only one problem with that- I don't have humans to call my own right now. I've been part of a family before, so I know the drill. I know where to potty, I know all the good manners and I even know some fun tricks like shake! I think I make a pretty great best friend. Other animals of my kind (doggos) are fine with me as long as they like to kick back and relax more than play. Cats are a kind "no thank you", we just don't get along. My ideal humas would all be 10 and older and will always share their popcorn with me during movie night! If you're the type to steer clear of all ghostly adventures, I would love to be your new guy!

Story
Say hello to Charlie Day, a 7-year-old, 51-pound delight! He's got the basics down pat - he's housebroken and crate-trained. Charlie's a smart boy too, knowing sit, come, and crate commands. He's a real people-lover, especially kids, and his three legs don't slow him down one bit. In fact, he's got plenty of energy to keep up with you on long walks. Charlie's had a tough time in the past. He lost a leg due to an old injury, so he might take a little extra time to get used to a new place. So, bring your dog for a meet and greet to make sure it's a good match, and give this three-legged champ a chance to show you the sunny side of life. No cats, though - Charlie's not a fan. Don't wait; Charlie's ready to fill your home with love and sunshine!

Hawk is ready to fly into your heart! Just look into those big brown eyes and you will see a loving soul just praying that someone will love him, too! Hawk absolutely loves every single person he meets. His little booty does not stop wiggling when around people and getting attention! Hawk was found as a stray and is ready for a forever home. He is the perfect dog. He is great with children, cats, is house broken, loves toys, and is good with other dogs (meet and greet required). He would love a home where he would get lots and lots of cuddles, and a couple fun times outside a day to play and run. To adopt Hawk, apply here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TIP-A-40

Story
Mr. Fredie Bruno, aka Mr. Fred, Freddie, or Bruno, is a great dog! My foster mom says: Potty trained, happy, gets along with other dogs, respects cats (although he is interested in smelling them when he can catch a quick sniff!). He's an American Bully and 3 years old He's not a fussy eater, sits to accept a treat, loves chew toys and balls, and is always ready for a walk or a romp outside! House trained Prefers a fenced yard He makes us laugh at his antics! He sleeps with his tongue hanging out (so cute), and he's a talker - constantly muttering "yum, yum when he's eating or chatting when he's getting ready for a walk! He's just a happy, happy dog! Mr Fred would do best in a home with a dog friend! Mr Fred likes kids and doesn't mind cats If interested in adopting please fill out his application https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FLR-A-530
