Story
🐾 Meet Nyx : The Sweetest American Bulldog Needs a New Home 🐾 It breaks our hearts to do this, but due to an upcoming move where we cannot bring him along, our handsome boy Nyx is looking for his forever family. Nyx is a 1-year-old American Bulldog with a heart of gold and a lot of love to give! He’s at that perfect age where he’s full of personality and ready to bond with a new pack. The Important Stuff: Personality: Super friendly, energetic, and a total cuddle bug. Kids: Great with children ages 8 and up (he’s a big, bouncy boy, so older kids are best!). Other Pets: He is very good with other animals—he’d love a sibling to play with! Home Requirements: Nyx requires a home with a fenced yard. He loves his outdoor time and needs space to stretch those bulldog legs. Our Priority: We want to ensure Nyx goes to a home that can meet his exercise and companionship needs.

Story
Meet Wilson Wilson is a tan American Bulldog/Boxer mix (we think!) with a tender heart and soulful eyes. He is 50 lbs and our vet est him to be 3 years old. When he first arrived at our rescue, the world felt overwhelming, and he needed quiet time to decompress. With patience and kindness (And chicken nuggets) Wilson has slowly learned that people and life can be safe again. He has made such progress that for his weekend getaway he hopped right in the car with his foster family. Once placed in a calm room with gentle activity and dog neighbors, Wilson truly began to blossom. He takes great comfort in the presence of other dogs and clearly gains confidence from them. Hes especially fond of our resident pup, Foxy Lady, and would do best in a home with another friendly dog.Wilson responds beautifully to soft voices, neck scratches, and tasty treats (chicken nuggets are a favorite!). Hes a sensitive soul who simply wants to be a house dog again a cozy spot, steady companionship, and someone who will let him move at his own pace. A doggy companion would be especially most helpful in Wilson settling into a new home. With patience and love, Wilson will reward you with quiet devotion and a bond that grows deeper every day. . Story
My name is Bloom! I’m about 1 year old and weigh 50 pounds. I am very gentle, love meeting new people and will happily cuddle all day especially if there are tummy rubs involved. My favorite place to sit is wherever my human is sitting and I’m happy to keep your place warm while you run to the fridge. I do well with other dogs however if they are mean and bark at me first, I will eventually bark back. Life’s too short for haters! I’ve seen lots of birds, cats, bunnies, squirrels and deer in my life and although I wanted to check out the deer, I wasn’t very interested in the others. When I get really happy, I will smile. To be honest, it’s still a work in progress and looks a little funny but I think it’s important to offer my human positive feedback when they get something right.I’ve been working very hard on potty training. Now that my life has settled down, I am doing pretty well in that department. I don’t love getting baths but, in general, I trust that my human is doing the right thing for me and will quietly stand there until we’re all clean. I’ve also learned that getting dried with a towel includes tummy rubs so I’ll put up with the washing part. I’m starting to learn some commands but still have a lot of potential. I think I understand what “no” means but sometimes reserve the right to ignore it based on the situation. I let my human know how much I love them all the time and would love to have a forever family to love me back. I look forward to the chance to see and sniff you in person!

Story
Red is a thick mixed breed, likely has some boxer in her.  She is around 55 lbs.  Red is listed as special needs because she is heartworm positive.   Red is fine around and with other dogs, specifically her companion Shortly, who she arrived with. We do suggest meet and greet with any new housemate prior to us approving an adoption.  Red is super shy of new people and does take a bit of time to warm up to each new person she meets.  If you have interest please stop in to meet her or give us a call if you have questions.
